If I could give it 0 star, I would. To keep it short, been here two times and both times, their customer service was horrible. Went the first time on their first week of opening and we had to repetitively asks for our water, utensils, condiments, etc. My dad didn't get his order until everyone almost finished their food and it was only a bowl of pho. I gave them the benefit of the doubt bc it was their first week of opening. We recently went there last weekend and the customer service was worst than the first time we went. There were only two tables seated beside us when we arrived. The other table were getting ready to leave so it was just our table and another table. We got our order put in but when the older gentleman came to take my order, other customers were coming in and he cut me short. He returned to take my order. I had also wanted to order one of their smoothies to try but he told me "later, later" and walked off. Mind you, I'm a PAYING customer. When our food arrived, they got my order wrong. I just ordered a bowl of pho. We had to repetitive tell the older gentleman that it was wrong bc he kept saying it was right. During that time, they also had another party or two come in the restaurant. We had to repetitive asks for our water, yes, our water (!) and condiments for our pho. It took forever. At the end, we didn't get our water we asked for. Our condiments for our pho came super late when they were already done with half their bowls already. My bowl of pho arrived when everyone was almost done with their food and it was WARM and not hot. While the older gentleman kept coming to tell me my pho was on its way, ALL the customers that came AFTER us got their bowls of pho. When we wanted our check, the older gentleman again told us, "later later" bc he was busy with other customers. We told him we were going to split our check but he told us we couldn't do it bc it was too much for him. Their pho is good, I'll give them that, but I will not be wasting my time or money going there again. They need to approve on their customer service and quit telling us "later later" when they...
Read moreI’ve never been to the restaurant, only DoorDash but it doesn’t change my review. Usually when I order DoorDash the quality is not there for other restaurants. This is not AT ALL the case with Pho Luck. I have wanted to try Pho for a while and I finally went for it. It’s DELICIOUS. Do you hear me??? DELICIOUS. Today I ordered for a 2nd time because I’ve been under the weather and I knew the spices in the Pho would give me what I needed. It got me right. Both times I’ve ordered with the Beef Steak (Tái) the meat is raw but it cooks in the hot broth. The protien hasn’t been the star of the show for me but more of an add on. There’s a lot of proteins to choose from, though, I just haven’t ventured into the others. It’s not cheap, but both times I’ve ordered I’ve been able to eat on it twice, both times full portions. The only other thing I tried is the milk tea and that’s also very enjoyable. I’d love to try the spring rolls and Bao bun. If you’re looking for a new flavor that you don’t get every day, this is the...

I've been a loyal patron of Pho Luck (formerly Pho Choice) for around four years, and I can sincerely say I've never had a bad experience. The manager is exceptionally warm and welcoming, making every visit a delight.
The food is always freshly prepared, with vibrant flavors that never disappoint. The customer service? Absolutely top-notch. The manager is incredibly attentive without being overbearing. She goes out of her way to connect with each customer, whether they're dining in or calling for takeout. Did I mention she's the only waitress? She takes orders, delivers dishes, clears tables, and plays host—all with a smile. And the transparent pricing ensures you always know what you’re paying for.
It's a rare treat to have a manager greet you with, "Hey, welcome back! Are you getting your usual, or are we spicing things up?" It makes a world of difference.
Do yourself a favor and visit Pho Luck. It's a vibe, and the host is...
