China Town Restaurant — Restaurant in Lyman

I should start out by saying that I do not post reviews… ever, but because I feel honest business owners deserve a fair shake I’ve made an exception. Prior to today China Town has been, by far, my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Lyman, Duncan, Wellford area. We eat here fairly often and have never been let down on quality. Today I placed an order and had my husband pick it up. I knew from speaking with the lady that she was not at the restaurant, but had someone else filling in. Not long after he returned home she called me bk & informed me that my husband had been over charged by $5. I know it’s only $5, but we would have never known and hey $5 is $5. So, I really commend the honesty!!! Finally, a lot of ppl give this place grief for not making the order until you arrive to pick it up… this is true, but once you have eaten their a few times all you have to do is inform them that your a regular are...

Had a large delivery order. The Lady on the phone was very polite (which I was worried about after reading reviews). She was very thorough and calm. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour (which I didn't mind, as I said it was a large order). It came at 1 hour and 17 minutes . All the food was delicious (though the pork did taste a bit funny as singe reviews stated, not bad just odd). I can't recommend anywhere better , and having delivery is a HUGE bonus. Ordered Large beef and mushrooms 2 small sweet and sour chicken 1 general tsos chicken combo plate 5 egg rolls An order of wings And a gallon...

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would I wish I could give this place zero stars. The moment I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming, foul odor—something was rotten, and it was unbearable. I immediately turned around and left. It was clear that there was some spoiled food or something else decaying inside, and for them to still be open and serving customers is beyond me. It shows a complete lack of respect for your patrons.

Running a business with integrity is important, and this place has none. I used to frequent this location, but after this experience, there's no way I’ll ever return....
