Just came from this location and once again, I received crappy food. I get home and go to give my daughter some of the steak biscuit, but it is completely dark and rubbery. They clearly gave me something from yesterday or the waste bin. I have never gotten a steak biscuit with dark steak. The biscuit was lukewarm as well as the hash browns. There were 2 cars in front of me and at least 7 in the parking lot.... there's no excuse for giving people trash food. Then the cashier had the nerve to try and upsize my combo without even asking me, to which I had to correct her and let her know to make it a medium. That I didn't want a large. Idk who the manager is here but y'all have got to do better than what you're doing. The last time I ate from here, I got sick but let it ride. This time, I have to say something because I'm native to the area and have legit watched this location go in the gutters. It's like they don't even try to make quality food, just rush you out of drive thru. I guess I would too if I knew I was serving up below quality food. Everyone in the area is always talking about how bad this location is as it used to be the best around. What happened? Speed of service means nothing when you're serving up trashy, cold food. I wouldn't even give this to a homeless person, it's so bad. The best thing about this experience was the tea.... that's it. Just tragic.... Update: Tried to get a decent breakfast here again and they still suck. Hash rounds and eggs were hot, everything else had been sitting. The country ham was dry and rough, the biscuit was as well. I know it's not the biscuit maker, they just leave things under the heating lane and it makes the bread hard on the bottom. And still up charged me. If you want good breakfast, drive down 29 a few more miles to the one in Greer. At least they give you great food without it being dry. And had the nerve to rush me out of drive thru. No receipt either, so no point in taking it back. Should probably get a new crew,...
Read moreI use to work at Hardee’s back in the 90’s and management staff back then took pride in their job. My question and complaint would be, where is the quality in the management and staff , who cares about the job and the customers they serve? I went there around 8:30pm, with there being only a truck in the drive thru and one man in the lobby. I walked to the counter and the manager was helping an employee bag up some chicken tenders with another employee. She turned her head and looked at me then walked off without addressing the fact that I was at the counter waiting. She walked to the back and stood at the prep table still not addressing me at the counter. Finally the girl working at the front turned around and took my order, which was not the problem but the problem was the management. I waited for my order which was just 1 apple pie and I observed the store. The girl was sweeping in spots and did not sweep the food from underneath the equipment, then she started mopping again in spots, not the whole floor. The management was slouchy, lazy, and did not carry herself as a manager as her clothes were just sagging off her. My issue if you do not take pride in your job and your customers, then why are you in a position that is clearly not for you. WHERES THE QUALITY IN THE PEOPLE working these jobs. If we find those people then I am sure business should pick up. No one wants to eat in a unsatisfactory food place where employee’s and management do not appear to care...
Read moreI usually visit a Hardees every morning and I've visited this particular one several times in the past. Today as I went through the drive thru, I ordered a breakfast platter and for the meat I ordered chicken. The lady running drive-thru informed me that it would be a $3.00 upcharge which I said, I don't care, that's fine; however, I let her know that the Reidville Rd store didn't usually charge an upcharge. At this point this lady got a real bad attitude and made the statement "Well, this ain't Reidville Rd." to which I responded, "Is there a problem? Why the attitude?" She proceeded to belittle me and told me that I was the one with the attitude! I explained to her that I would take my business elsewhere, to which she responded, "Well good! Bye!" I mean really, I'm sure that Hardees didn't teach their employees to act this way! I was very surprised to say the least! That kind of attitude is not necessary and certainly not in the work place. She may have been having a bad day and I understand that; however, you have lost a customer for, at least,...
