We were charged incorrectly and PAID and then checked our card statement it shows $9 more than what we paid in store. Originally the owner says she will help us and we were rung up incorrectly and she specifically said to come to the store and show her the amount charged on my card to see what the issue is, we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before calling and disputing the charge because we have been coming for YEARS since they first opened!
I called back and said I am coming to show her the charge to get it fixed, she says “tell your friends and everybody you want to, I can tell everybody else what you are doing!” WHAT AM I DOING? I was coming to get this fixed after being a loyal customer for years. Their attitude is horrific and I see why the place is empty every day of the week.
I DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever, the food was extremely overpriced and it was not even worth the money. The food was not good, the restaurant is dirty, the workers and disgustingly rude and would rather drive their business into the ground than just talk. I was not rude on the phone and was not accusing them of anything, I was told this morning to come by there after work and talk to them and get it fixed but I was immediately launched into by them. What kind of customer service is this? I don’t see how they will be in business much longer.
DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO ADD MONEY TO YOUR BILL AND REFUSE ALL EXPLANATIONS OR SUPPORT. This is CROOKED and I am SHOCKED.
To their reply: we talked to the card company and they proved to us that we were in fact charged $52 and only today AFTER I had called and was cussed out that you guys had changed it because they were able to see the time stamps. I was told there is no point in coming by because you would not even listen to me talk on the phone and if I am treated so poorly on the phone, I don’t feel welcome or safe coming into your establishment anymore. Be truthful with what you did and maybe you can come back from it, but I hope this opens the eyes of other customers and they realize they might have been robbed too! It wasn't busy, the lady at the resister was polite and got our order in so quickly that by the time we got our drinks the sushi we ordered was being brought out to our table. It was delicious! We had the hibachi chicken with veggies and hibachi chicken, steak, and veggies and of course rice. The portion size was excellent, most places lack meat and add too much rice, not these guys. It was more meat which was a nice turn around than using rice as a filler for the plate. The quality of the meat was on point and they didn't charge extra for having onion in with the broccoli and carrots. The prices are a steal too. The meal was enough to fed us and our 2 year old. The food was the best Japanese we've tried and we've had from Tokyo grill, kanpi, to joy of Tokyo...so I'm honestly shocked that this restaurant isn't getting more business. My husband and I have been there many times and every single time we get the same excellent service. These ladies are always smiling, they speak to you when you walk in the door, very personable, very helpful, they obviously love their job and they are just a pleasure to be around. Every time my husband and I think about this place or we are going there to eat, we always smile and look forward to seeing these ladies. That is a huge compliment.
