First Off I must emphasize that i have been a loyal long time Costumer of Bojangles and My rating this establishment a 4 instead of a 1 is Because of Dedicated and Master Chef Worthy Cook by the name Is Ms.Zandra..This New Cook Ms.Zandra Has Brought The true 'Bo Time' Back to Bojangles...the Care she Puts into to making sure she serves Fresh Lettuce and Tomatoes. FRESH EVERYTHING..Bo Beans And Dirty Rice Is Always Just the Right amount of Moisture(Any other time The Rice Is Clumpy and The Beans Are dirt dry.Unacceptable!!)And I mean The lady is The best Sandwich Maker In Lynchburg...I am A Small business Ower and Mystery shopper whom is Highly Interested in Opening a Small Restaurant..Future Note to Ms.Zandra I will Be Looking For You To Run My Future Resturant..A Few Investors Have Heard My Praise of Your cooking..You Are Truly Gifted in cooking..As A Mystery shopper over the years I've Have The privilege of Tasting your cooking at different food establishments..You should Have Been Received Employee of The Month and Year..my investors are willing to Start you at $20 an hr...You should Be Paid Your True Worth....Truly Amazing..F.Y.I Chef Zandra works 2-10 pm..hep...

Really enjoy going to Bojangles especially when Kim is working! She keeps that place jumpin!! She has her staff on point at all times as well! They respect her and are always very nice! If you go at times when Kim isn't working, the staff are pretty rude. No thank you or anything. We went yesterday evening and the young lady at the 2nd window of the drive thru never once said hi or anything. Then when she handed us our bag she never spoke and got an attitude because we didn't realize she had come over with our food because our window was up due to the heat and waiting for a little while. After we got our food she didn't even thank us for coming by or even say have a good evening. Not sure who is running that place when Kim isn't there but you really need to work on your employees customer service skills! And Kim, keep up the good work babe!!! You do a fantastic job and are one of the reasons we continue to come back! Give her a raise or something because she deserves it! Hopefully she will see this or it can be passed...

I had a bad experience with this business and how I was treated far as the customer service and how I was talked to. The manager Kieth was very rude far as refunding my money back for an order. He made a big deal out refunding ke my money back for my food and talked real rude to me and my family. The young lady that helped me felt very uncomfortable with the manger all under the young lady that placing taking my order. He touched all over my food and wiped his sweat and saying he gave me a receipt and didn't even give me a receipt. I was very disappointed on how kieth the manager rushed me and my family. The bathroom was very filthy and wasn't even cleaned and it was very unexceptible on how I was served and not very satisfied with the service here at bojangles. I was highly upset because the manager kieth was racist and rushed me and my family. I was very disappointed on how my experience was today and I won't be coming back anymore or telling any of my family members to come back. Thank you and...
