Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lynchburg

So I went there March 20, 2019 and regretted every second I was in that building, which was a very long time mind you. I went up to the counter to order but was behind an employee which was on break or not clocked in and was talking to the person running the register. Their conversation lasted so long that the man in front of me left. I patiently waited to get to the counter where I was treated by the rude lady running the register, who was too busy talking to a lady in scrubs. Mind you the lady in scrubs was also behind the counter which is a little nasty, when you normally work in the field of health and work with sick people. She continues to talk to her while I waited for my order to be taken. She was very lackluster and didn’t engage and I had to say hi and initiate the conversation to get my order. Finally I got my food and it was all around sad. All together my experience was very bad. I could see the drinks the employees were drinking from, phones were out, and they were chewing gum while making the food which is very nasty considering the amount of spit come out of your mouth while chewing gum. The negative attitude never ceases to amaze me. I receive my to go order at the counter by one staff, that says "Mike here's your order." No thank you no nothing. Then I ask where is my drink the next person gives me a small cup. When I said I ordered a large she said "we are out of large cups." No apologies, no offer of anything. I asked if there is a discount she said "no it's the same price." How about I don't care if it the same price. If it wasn't for the fact I was on my way to work I would have requested a refund. I'm done accepting mediocre service, we are paying high prices for this food so they can make their $15 + hr. At least we could get some kind of customer service. For now I will not be returning to this location. Maybe if enough customers complain and demand refunds we will get the type of service we are paying for. WE ARE THE CHANGE WE WANT. If I could give them a zero I would. I have been to this restaurant a couple of times just to see if they were having an off day. To my surprise this time was my last time. I orderd cheese fries, they were cold. They fried me some more. When I got in the car and checked my hard shell tacco supreme, it was soggy like a dirty diper! It had to have sat there some hours. I just threw my food in the trash! How can you fix some one some food and know that its trash? looking them right in the face...and know that its soggy and cold....meat looked like diarrhea. Im done never again will I order food there. The owner needs to know they are taking down this food chain and its going down fast.The staff needs to stop with the fake 5 star reviews!
