Kyoto Japanese Express — Restaurant in Lynchburg

The rudest customer service!!! We went there to eat inside, however, they were closed for dining in, so ordered food to eat at the table outside. Of course, when you dine in, there is unlimited yum-yum sauce available to you. We asked since that was our intentions and we were still going to be outside, could we get more sauce after paying $25 for our food. The girl behind the counter, who was already rude taking our order, refused to give more sauce, telling us to pay $2.25, even after I asked her if 2 small containers was enough for her food when she eats and she had no response to that question. Also, another customer waiting on food was upset over the amount of sauce given and gave $.50 for an extra small cup. She counted the change and handed it to the rude worker, who then started counting the change. The customer simply said, no need to count it, and the worker threw the change back at her and called the cops, even though the girl walked out the door and left. WARNING!!! Do not eat at Kyoto Japanese Express near the Walmart on Old Forest Rd in Lynchburg, VA. The food will make you sick!!! I ordered the Teriyaki chicken and it was spoiled! I brought the food back and they long wanted to offer me half price for the food, their reasoning was because they had already made the food! Absolutely ridiculous! I should have received a full refund for the food being spoiled and not being able to eat it! They also called the cops because I wanted a full refund! I had been a long time customer but now Will never eat here again!...

Tried takeout from Kyoto and was completely disappointed.
