Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lynchburg

Went to this location for the first time today. Walked in and went to the first register. Person there at register. Not welcoming at all - NO greeting. Took my order, I paid. Then I was advised I placed my order at the wrong end of the counter. You could have told me at the beginning I needed to order at the other end of the counter rather than making me feel like a POS. Put signage up telling your customers where/how to order. Got a refund and went across the street to Captain D's where I received fresh hot food and friendly service. First time going in this location and I believe I'll continue to go to any other location around. The staff seemed on edge that potentially was coming from one employee (I was the only patron ordering 1 single sandwich). The strange thing was she seemed to be the eldest there. No greeting, mannerless efforts, and overall miserable attitudes ( eye rolls and slamming of pen to take my order lol ) from everyone really turned me off to return. 10/10 Experience! I’m not a sub guy nor do I intentionally go out to places like this but that is for sure going to change! Upon entering the store the staff greeted me and helped me choose which sub I should get! I ended up getting the regular Italian with the rosemary parm bread, mayo, banana peppers, onions, lettuce, and the seasoning. The price was great for the amount of food I got and the flavor and taste of the food was out of this world!!🌎 seriously can’t wait to come back....
