Kenney's — Restaurant in Lynchburg

I really wanted to like this place because i just moves down the street and pass it every day and thought it would be convenient. Was craving a hotdog and so I stopped here finally. When i got to the drive through the lady was RUDE for absolutely no reason…….. i get working a fast food place isnt ideal but whats with the attitude at 11:30 in the morning ….. got my mac and cheese and it fits in the palm of my hand for $2. It has zero flavor and is big time overcooked. And the HOTDOG?!! Tastes like im eating wet cardboard. Its highlighter pink. Can’t even finish the hotdog or mac and cheese. I really am so disappointed, i heard this place had good food but idk what food they’re talking about 😔 i feel better about my health eating...

This review is based on every single visit we have made to Kenny's. We have never experienced any kind of difficulty or issues with anything.🥰 Our visits have always been uplifting and fantastic to say the least.🙂 The people are great; very polite and attentive. 😇 The food is off the wall "Amazingly Addictive. "🤤 (yuummyy - yuumm - yum)🍗 The atmosphere is "Retro; Old School." It's is a delight to see that there are still people in this world that 🙂appreciate "Nostalgia and History." The chicken was mediocre. The mashed potatoes and gravy were disappointing, bland and looked and tasted like instant and the gravy was like a dribble on my mashed potatoes. The macaroni and cheese was watery and tasted like it was also from a box and gritty. The biscuits were disgusting, basically fried dough and sweet like cake, NOT an authentic biscuit! The saving grace was the skin o the chicken was good but I’ve had better from KFC, Popeyes, and The Homeplace in Catawba! The French fries were also cold & the burger was mediocre as well.
