I usually have a positive experience at this location. Unfortunately tonight February 7th that was not the case. I noticed as I approached the drive-thru order station that the employee was very hurried. She took my order and tried to get me to the point of sale as quick as possible. I can appreciate her wanting to speed things along. I wish her speediness on that side translated to quick service. After waiting for 15 minutes for my order to come up, which was for a number 1 combo and the 4 for $4 deal, the young lady came out with two bags, handed them to me without a word and was preparing to walk away. I stopped her and advised that with my order should be two drinks, one for the number one combo and one for the 4 for $4 deal. I explained that I asked for each drink to be a Dr. Pepper. Still without a word, she went into the business and brought back 2 Dr. Pepper drinks. By this time I had checked my bags to make sure all my food was there, and it was not. The 4 for $4 deal was missing one of the sandwiches. I explained this to her and once again without a word, she went inside. She made no indication to explain that they were running behind, busy or that they will be just a moment and she would bring it out to me. Instead at each interaction there was not a single word that she said. After another 10 minute wait, a different employee came out and brought me the final sandwich for my order. He did wish me good night, but no one ever apologized for the delay or even acknowledged it at all. I rarely think it fitting to report a poor experience, because often someone has a rough day, etc. as we all have and I can appreciate that. And after I pay for everything i get told "we ain't got no straws" like dude, thanks for the warning. After I got my food, they forgot my fries, so I had to turn around, and ask for my fries. I decided to go inside to avoid the sorry excuse of service they have at the window. Where I found straws in the dining room. When I got in line, there was only 3 people (including myself) in line. It has taken so long that my fiance asked me if wendys was "holding me hostage" I paid for my order at 8:16 PM on June 20th, 2024. After telling the lady at the counter that I don't have my fries, she just looked at me like I spoke I na foreign language. Remember, the order was paid for at 8:16 PM. I GOT MY FOOD AT 8:35!!! I tell her calmly “ma’am I ordered chili, not a baked potato” She comes over groaning and snatched up the baked potato. No apology. I said please give me 2 packs of crackers with that chili. “Ok dude” was her sour tone. She said she’d get a chili right out. “Dude” is a little insulting, especially given the irritated tone. After waiting 15 minutes, she gives me a chili without crackers. I grab her attention “ma’am can I please get my crackers?” She says “oh my god” while giving me the crackers.
