Starbucks — Restaurant in Lynden

Our family recently visited this Starbucks location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

We ordered two Oleato lattes with oat milk, but upon receiving our order, we discovered that one of the drinks had been made with soy milk instead of oat milk. This mistake was evident as we observed the barista preparing the drinks, yet we assumed it was for another customer.

As a result of the mix-up, my husband's drink did not taste as expected, and he began feeling unwell shortly after consuming it, necessitating an unplanned stop during our trip.

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of the coffee and the service provided at this location.

Love the drinks, and usually the staff is very friendly and polite. However on one occasion, I was having a pretty rough day so I naturally thought to get a drink to perk up.

At the drive through I asked if you could get a specific drink without something in it, and they lady got a little confused. That was fine, I understood that it was a sort of confusing question. But then a different lady took over, and yelled at me?? I was stunned. It made me cry a little bit. So I said never mind, I’ll just get something else.

I asked my Mom if she could pick me up one of the new skies drinks without the bobba. I have ordered it like this a few times, the bobba is not my favorite but the rest of the drink is good. Apparently the barista helping her was pretty rude to her, telling her that she can’t order it that way. My Mom let her know that we have ordered it like that no problem and the barista told her they shouldn’t be doing that.
