What a horrible place! Ordered a cheese sandwich on a Portuguese roll. Female cashier stated about $4.50 then while telling her how I wanted it, LT mayo, O & V she changed the price by a $1. This place is owned by BOB the same owner as Bob's Bagels down the road. Rip-off joint. I watched a young female making it and noticed no onions and she barely put mayo or O & V on it. I asked the cashier did the sandwich maker put onions before it got wrapped up? I could tell by the body language that the answer was no. The young female did NOT acknowledge to the cashier that there were onions. I had to ask the cashier again to verify it and she said it did. Guess what!? She lied! DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE BUSINESSES OWNED BY THIS BOB AS THEY ARE VERY POORLY RUN: GANGSTA STYLE MEANT T: only 2 slices!!! Whaaaaat??!!! NOW BOB'S GOING TO BE DEFENSIVE AND RESPOND BY SAYING HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS TO RUN HIS BUSINESS. That's his defensive pattern as he MUST respond. Instead, you ought to run your stores ethically! THE SAME SPIEL HE GIVES WHEN YOU CALL OUT HIS BAD PRACTICES THAT HE TEACHES HIS STAFF. If you're gonna resort to crookery, you might as well close shop. What kind of lousy sandwich are you giving out? A total disgrace! Avoid Ridge Rd hot Bagels AND Bob's Bagels, both in Lyndhurst, like the plague. Read the reviews. You'll thank me.

Just ordered from this place on UberEATS. The menu selections are very specific & notes can only be added at the end of the cart confirmation. I ordered & was charged for a pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese and a plain poppy seed bagel. When my order was delivered there was no cream cheese on either one & the pumpernickel bagel wasn't toasted. I had put in a note at the end to add 1 serving of cream cheese & jelly for the extra bagel I ordered for the next day. I got the side condiments, but my pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese I was charged & waited 40 minutes for wasn't delivered. Tried rating in the actual UberEATS app but it only let me rate & the driver. So here we are. The annoyance & complaint comes because I specifically wrote what I wrote because last time I ordered they charged me for a whole tub of cream cheese on the side. So either they are finding ways to add fees & are retaliating when you catch on or they need to retrain their employees on how ubereats order works. 40 minutes for my bagels entitles this energy when it's delivered incorrectly.
