I ordered two pork egg rolls and one shrimp egg roll. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING Any egg rolls from this location. The egg roll was mostly dough and no meant was present in the pork egg roll. The shrimp egg roll had maybe two small shrimp inside but the pork was missing pork entirely. I called the location after I left and voiced my complaint on the missing meat from the pork egg roll and they offered a refund. I declined a refund and respectfully ask for them to use meat in their meat egg rolls. I wasted my money and will never visit this location in the future. This was my first and last time visiting this location. I should’ve known not to buy anything when they didn’t have any customers.

This actual a pretty good Chinese restaurant for quick take out. Located at Lyndon Station it is the local place for Chinese take out. It’s family owned and they all work very hard behind the counter to keep up with all the orders. It can be very busy. There appetizers are very good, family favorites are the stir fried dumplings and the egg rolls. They do have lunch specials along with house specials (I recommend the Mongolian Beef and the Hunan Chicken).

I ordered the house chow mein (crispy noodles stir fry w Chinese vegetables) and I got a pound of celery and onions- 5 shrimp and scraps of pork and chicken. It was carry out so when I got home and called, I was told the chop suey was the same as chow mein and "our menu is different from other Chinese restaurants ". Buyer beware.. their menu is not like others

This place has been my go-to & favorite place for fast Chinese food! I've literally been a loyal patron of theirs for over a decade. They provide the kindest service and I've always treated us with the utmost respect. Service like this is dying out these days. You will always be greeted with a smile and warmed by it.

As for the food in my opinion it's one of the best Louisville has to offer and they don't get enough credit for that!

The restaurant is always clean and maintained with direct sight to the kitchen. The kids love to watch them cook.

I hope they have many years ahead and prosperous ones at that! And China 1, if you ever read this, thank you...

Only reason for 2 stars is because the staff is mostly friendly. This place, like almost every other Chinese restaurant, is knowingly serving bad food. You cannot tell me that's traditional Chinese, I believe those in the orient use actual spices? Not mildly flavored sauces.

I am unsure why Google is suddenly asking me to review this restaurant, but lately I have been very tired of poor food in a city KNOWN for being a food destination. So here you go, China 1, you made the cut for my current disposition towards Louisville's decline in delicacies.

Being part of the problem would be to continue patronizing these places and not forcing...
