I’ve always loved the food here—the flavors are amazing and I keep coming back because of how delicious everything tastes. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left a sour taste. There was a miscommunication with my order, so I tried to reach out before closing to resolve the issue. Sadly, the person working tonight was incredibly rude. He yelled at me, over-talked me, and insisted he couldn’t make any accommodations because he would lose money. After expressing my frustration with his lack of professionalism and poor communication, he suddenly offered me extra wings on top of my order, which made no sense after spending 10 minutes denying any solution or refund.

To top it off, I never received the missing items from my order, which was never rectified. While I still enjoy the food, I can’t overlook how unpleasant this interaction was. Customer service plays a big role in overall satisfaction, and because of this experience, I won’t be returning. It’s a shame because the food is great, but the way I was treated tonight leaves me very disappointed

P.s this is in response to employee comment below. I noticed you removed your initial response to my review and replaced it with a revised version. I thought it was a bit odd. Nonetheless, I would like to clarify that I am not an entitled customer; I understand the challenges of both being a customer and working in customer service. From the moment I politely explained the situation, I felt that your response was unnecessarily aggressive, and the tone was distasteful. I tried to engage respectfully, but unfortunately, I was met with interruptions and yelling, which made it difficult to have a productive conversation.

Had the situation been handled differently, I would have been more than willing to work with you to find a solution. However, instead of actively listening to my concerns, I was met with defensiveness and further frustration. Your offer of an additional 5-piece wing, following several minutes of raised voices, seemed out of place and didn't restore my confidence in the service.

I also felt uncomfortable returning to the store after our exchange, as I couldn’t help but wonder about the quality of the food under those circumstances. It's important for businesses to communicate professionally, especially when handling customer complaints. I believe it’s essential to listen to constructive criticism and take it as an opportunity for growth rather than dismissing it.

I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement, and I encourage you to approach customer service interactions with more patience and professionalism...

UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: I'm very glad I purchased pizza from this establishment on my second visit to Lynn Haven. My previous review still holds true, AND I believe I have found my favorite pizza of all time. This time, I chose the Chinese Chili Chicken pizza. It had amazing flavors and a good crust. Again, it had a much higher caliber of flavor combinations compared to those big chain pizza joints. This pizza establishment is a "must try" if you find yourself in the area. There are so many choices, you will surely find a pizza creation that you just have to try again. I will be trying a different pizza before I leave this time, and I promise to come back the next time I visit Lynn Haven.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: There is no need to say anything about the atmosphere for the Lynn Haven establishment....it is a pickup/delivery pizza place. Just walk in and order an Indian Street Pizza. You will not be disappointed; the blend of spices is a perfect alternative to the competitors' flavors. The veggie Street pizza won me over. There are no rude attitudes in this establishment; only friendly receptions. I make it to this area rarely, so I plan on a repeat visit to try other options. Oh, and by the way, these pizzas are "boneless." The crust is PERFECT. Any "so-called pizza bones" serve as flavorful bread stix. I wished I had grabbed...

Gamo’s Pizza in Lynn Haven is absolutely top-tier — a true gem for anyone who loves bold, flavorful, and unique pizza. I’ve been coming here regularly, and every visit just confirms why this is my favorite spot in town.

The Butter Chicken Pizza is a must-try — rich, savory, and bursting with authentic Indian flavor. I’m also a huge fan of their Indian Street Pizza and the Chinese Paneer Pizza with Amul cheese — so creative and full of personality! Their crust is always on point — crispy, light, and perfect with every bite.

A new favorite of mine is their samosa — just added to the menu, and it’s incredible! Crispy, perfectly spiced, and authentically made — it’s the real deal and a great add-on to any order. You can tell it’s homemade with care and tradition behind it.

The Lynn Haven location is always clean, welcoming, and staffed with genuinely kind people. Service is fast and friendly every time. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, they go above and beyond to make sure everything’s great.
