I ordered trough the app (which I think is BS to get a certain price). I arrived 1 minute after he app said it would be ready. I checked in through the app, as directed. 5 minutes later, after I watched others get their food and leave, I mentioned to a worker passing by my vehicle, I was waiting for my order. The worker came out and said they have no order for Pete. I showed her the complete order on my phone, and she went back inside. She hung out of the service door and asked if the order they have inside for Joshua could be mine.....ummm, NO! Then she asked if it had been paid for. I showed her again where and when it was ordered, the items that were ordered, and the confirmation of payment. She said the app did not send them the order, then went back inside. The manager came out and reviewed the order on my phone, complete with the items ordered, then went inside. About 30 seconds later he returned with a bag, and said "here's the problem". The ticket only had a "P" where the name usually prints. It is now 12 minutes passed when my order was ready. Everything I ordered was in the bag, but now it's either warm, or cold! (Corndogs were warm, cold fries). It's hard to believe a worker could not have figured this out from the get-go! Do they not learn anything in school...
Read moreAll I gotta say is after having a long night at work I just wanted some food. I wasnt aware that the stalls don't work after 8am. So I waited about 15 minutes seeing two cars coming and going through the drive through, I would assume someone would tell me that Id have to go there (as any other place) kimd of giving me the heads up, right? But that's fine, I was as friendly as always and as soon as I said I would wait for the ice cream machine to be done "setting up" (i ordered a breakfast sandwich and an oreo blast and she said it would take 10-15) the attitude completely changed towards me, after I completed my order I said thank you, as I was raised. When I went to pay got the window slammed in my face after she took my card, was looking at my phone and she just handed out the sandwich, once i grabbed it slammed it again, and she said she had to do a mixture on my shake, that my shakes consistency was going to be different because the machine wasn't reasy, I replied with "oh okay, than-" before i finished saying thank you the window was slammed again. Yet no one in the drive through but me. Now I'm afraid to touch my food thinking something might of been put on it because I believe i made her mad and I just wasted...
Read moreService was unsatisfactory. When my husband and I placed our order the first thing we ordered was my order and it was cheddar peppers and mozzarella sticks. That was all I wanted, so then my husband placed his order a number 2 and if I remember correctly the hamburger is a super sonic double cheese burger or something like that "it's a hamburger" my point being with that #2 meal my husband should've got fries with it like he ordered. So when the girl brought the food out we had everything except for the fries. My husband let's them know he didn't get his fries so she brings his fries & tells him it will be $2 dollars and some change & he was like no it shouldn't be because I ordered the #2 meal so the carhopper tells him since we ordered cheddar peppers and mozzarella sticks fries wasn't included with his meal and charged us $7.98 just for a super sonic double cheese burger because we paid full price for my cheddar peppers and mozzarella sticks and ordered them first and furthermore if that was the case then why was my husband not given that option when he...
