Please dont ever order delivery from chopsticks. I ordered my food at 7:13 they told me an hour and finally arrived at 8:45. I tried calling them and they don't answer there phone after 8 so you have no way of getting ahold of anyone to see were your food is and if it's going to be delivered. This is the second time that this has happened. The delivery lady showed up and looked like she was all cracked out. I told her that I still wanted the food but didnt feel that it was right to have to pay for it for them being so late, not answering there phone or her atleast calling me to tell me she was still comming. She just grabbed the food and walked off. Apparently this has been happening alot to them because she acted like it was normal. I told her to never come back. These kind of business that employee these kind of people and have these kind of practices need to be held responsible. Please post all your stories about them and share. If enough of us get to talking about our experiences maybe they'll change and become the resteraunt...

Read moreAbsolute disappointment. My co workers and I ordered lunch. Not one thing tasted good and Chopsticks is now the joke of my work. All dishes Lo Mein (gross mein): tasted like spaghetti noodles with olive oil (or some type of random oil). Shrimp lo mein "terrible" and we had to add soy sauce to make it edible. Some shrimp so maybe that's where the random shrimp came from in the other dishes. I guess they're trying to cut seafood costs.
Happy family (dysfunctional family per my co worker) had no flavor and no amount of soy sauce could help this one. Two shrimp in here, maybe another fluke? Wish there were more.
No plastic ware, napkins, chop sticks, fortune cookies or anything else conducive to take out lunch.
Why is this place called chopsticks; we didn't receive any. It should be called "nasty, flavorless, finger food".
We spent about $100 between all of us. What an...
