We have tried all the pizza restaurants here in Panama City, Fl and I decided to give Marco’s a try, we had never heard of Marco’s before, we always let our grandsons pick what they want for dinner on Friday night and it’s always pizza, so I tried Marco’s three weeks ago for the first time and we loved it,, it was so good that we want order from any other pizza place but Marco’s from now on, I also ordered the steak sub sandwich and it was delicious and the brownies were really good and tonight we tried different kinds of pizza’s and cinnamon dessert pieces and they were very good as well, we were at our grandsons football game last weekend and one of the kids asked could we get pizza tonight and we said that’s fine, but we will only order pizza from Marco’s Pizza because they are the best and the grandsons coach was sitting next to us and said that he was the manager of the Marco’s in Lynn Haven, Fl and we said that’s the one we order pizza or subs from and went on to tell him how pleased were with the food and we want order from any where else and how pleasant everyone has been whether we pick our order up or get it delivered, so we warned him that he would probably be getting orders from us every Friday night for a while, we have been telling everyone that they need to try Marco’s and they want order from anywhere else again, that manager is doing a fantastic job at the Lynn Haven, Fl store we are...
Read moreI hope you plan on ordering a pizza within 30 days once you hit the threshold for the rewards $10 coupon. You can have 99 points for the rest of eternity, but the second you cross 100 a coupon is auto-generated that has a 30 day expiration.
I went to order a pizza thinking I'd be getting to use the points I'd accrued only to discover that the automatically generated coupon had expired a few days prior.
The pizza is pretty decent, if a little pricey. I figured the rewards system would offset this somewhat, but after noticing this glaring issue I won't be ordering again.
Perhaps if they model it after something like Best Buy's program where you choose when to cash the points out for a coupon instead of just automatically giving you a coupon the moment you crack 100 points and surprising you with an expired coupon the next time you order, or maybe just get rid of the program entirely instead of setting people up for disappointment and leaving them with a bad taste in their mouths. I seriously would've been fine if they didn't have the program at all, since it would've eliminated this feeling of having been swindled.
Also, adding a side of banana peppers to your order gives you a 33% chance of actually receiving them despite a 100% rate of having paid for them. They're fantastic when they actually...

Then there was the guy cutting the pizza's & boxing them (with a full beard and no type of netting over it to prevent it from falling into your food). Asked to speak with manager & was told she was out on deliveries. I informed both cashiers that they're actions were very unprofessional and was a health issue & I would be calling back to speak with the manager. Because I had told them not to handle my food with out washing their hands and spitting the gum out, neither of which they did but continued to handle my food. Finally spoke with manager & she said that would be addressed in training & a meeting. I told her that could cause the health department to shut them down, at know time did she offer to replace my food when I expressed my concern for germs or spreading germs if they were sick. I had previously paid so I wasn't going to be out $35.00. I asked several times for them to wash their hands before touching my order. They looked at me like I was crazy for asking them to do that.
