Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lynn Haven

We were the only ones in there. Service was fast but it should have been. The food was good. A lady in drive through had issues with her, but that's because the drive thru worker didn't repeat her order. That should be standard. The manager was right next to her the whole time & never corrected that behavior so that's on HIM. Leadership matters.

I also asked for napkins because they didn't provide it to us (we were dining in) & getting the managers attention was difficult - even though he could plainly see me. Attention to detail matters. Bugs were on the table we sat. The unsweetened tea was empty. I told the manager about it... He waiting 5 mins before telling anyone else. Then the girl in the back comes out to refill the Sweet tea. Priceless.

The prices are insane for what you get $9 for 5 chicken tenders? I'm glad I wasn't paying for once. Living LARGE I guess lmao. That's what I never go to Popeyes. There isn't anything on the menu worth the money. If the prices were HALF what they charged - I MIGHT consider it, but then again with everything else that is wrong with the place...

My boyfriend ordered thru the drive thru. I heard him say "They got that order wrong.' I figured it out when I took a bite out of the chicken sandwich .The order consisted of 2 chicken sandwiches ,12 piece of shrimp, and 2 small red beans and rice. I think sometimes when they don't have it cooked they just give you spicy when you asked non spicy. It keeps food cost down and things from being thrown away. (I'm assuming) Because at the end of the night it's slim pickens on what you can order. I know my boyfriend isn't stupid enough to order a sandwich so spicy Satan couldn't eat it. Also when ordering a 12 piece shrimp he got 10. Not to mention it was over 25.00 dollars.If the packaging is the problem that spicy is hard to know from non spicy then you may want get that fixed. This isn't the first time that this has happen when ordering a chicken sandwich from Popeyes .It just a matter of time there is going to be someone that has a reaction to that type of Heat /HOT chicken sandwich when they ordered non spicy....Just...

We tried alllll the new pickle items at Popeyes last night. First I want to say, the Lynn Haven location is just as wild at the 231 location. 😆. Also, Lynn Haven is the only location that has every pickle item. The pickle lemonade was actually good. Especially with the chili lime rum I added to it. The pickle wings was just their regular signature hot sauce with a hint of pickle flavor. They were ok but could be a lot better. The fried pickles were on point! The pickled glazed chicken sandwich (pictured) was the highlight though. I asked for extra pickles and of course I only got 2 on my sandwich. 🙄 But the flavor was great! It's their classic crispy sandwich with a pickle glaze sauce and some Louisiana spices. Best crispy sandwich they have!

Staff was garbage. All tables were wet and we couldn't dine in at 845p when they close at 11p. Like soaking wet! Manager was sitting on her break and not giving a care in the world. Staff were just being weird, talking about stuff that shouldn't be talked...
