I had been going there because it's close to work for lunch. WHEN they actually get the order right the Chicken Buffalo Bowl is 🔥 and their sauces are good. But after repeating problems with wrong orders time and time again...but this is the reason I will NOT GO BACK!! As I mentioned I go there for lunch from my work day...I ordered a bowl and large sweet tea...for the 7th time different days I was told they are out of large cups...I thought management not ordering good...BUT NO...I needed some to drink more than a medium I am getting a spicy bowl...so I ordered a gallon of tea (extra money I didn't want to spend plus to store a gallon of drink at work...but they "were out of large cups...AGAIN"...I get to window to pay...the gallon of tea is very hot to the touch...wait for it...I ask for a cup of ice to get with this hot tea...ready for it....THEY GIVE ME A LARGE CUP with ice in it...I asked "thought you just told me yall were out of large cups" ... the girl at window (who literally cared less) said we have large cups but we save them for the doordash orders. I then made a statement that me getting out on my short lunch break to wait in your long line to be told there are no cups then made the decision to spend more of my money on a gallon of tea cause of time ticking away for my lunch to be told that you just got lied to, more of my money and time wasted on our service to the customers standing right in front of your face.
FOLKS YOU ARE NOT WORTH A LARGE CUP...BUT DOORDASH IS WHO UP CHARGES FOR A SERVICE...IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY...NOT REPEAT CUSTOMERS THAT WASTED THEIR TIME ON THEIR ESTABLISHMENT ON A CUSTOMERS LUNCH BREAK THAT HAS BEEN AND WOULD HAVE BEEN A REPEAT CUSTOMER if nothing more than convince but now when I drive past and I get a large drink to get me through my whole lunch I don't miss...

I had already ate 2 tenders and the 3rd one I broke in half and was fixing to take a bite and realized that it was raw (bright red in color). OMG!!!! I took back to counter gave to cashier , she took took it to kitchen and began to call all workers over to see that it was RAW.. The shift manager brought back out to me and said to me * THIS VERY RARELY HAPPENS BUT HE TOLD ME * IT MUST BE MY LUCKY DAY!!* AND THREW IT IN THE TRASH CAN AND WALKED AWAY!!!!!!!!! After a late long drive in from out of town, my partner and I were looking for somewhere to grab a last minute bite. We settled on y’all. Sure, we got there a little close to closing time but the hours said y’all were still open so we said okay.
I would’ve rather chosen to not eat. The fries had the texture as if they had been fried four times today and were still served cold. We got the same sandwich which both were thrown in so haphazardly, it was basically a build your own sandwich. Then the sauces were tossed in the bag so sloppily that they ended up all over the boxes and napkins.
The attitude we received at the window was noticeable even when we were at the speaker. I get it y’all, you’re ready to go home. It would be nice to not take it out on customers that aren’t meaning any personal offense for stopping in late.
Don’t come here if hungry, or if you want even a split second of customer service. Y’all need...
