I wish I negative stars for this place. My little sister got her nails done for a wedding. They looked horrible, uneven & not painted all the way. She was too scared to say anything so my mom called back & asked if they could fix it. While my little sister was there the first time, the nail tech kept on telling her to “don’t look at your nails look at the TV” and kept yanking her hand. Unacceptable behavior. Then mockingly said “am I hurting you?” Flash forward we come back to get them fixed, she again tells her to “not look at her nails.” My mom says she can look wherever she wants. Which the lady then says “let me explain” and was very rude the remainder of the time. Will never spend another dime at this place again. WORST nail experience I have ever had. I came in wanting to get a Dip manicure and gel pedicure. The guy that sat down to do my nails looked/behaved like he was on drugs, and proceeded to absolutely butcher the simple design I asked for (and showed photos of) Rushing through everything, nail shape/dip/filing (even breaking one of my natural nails off) He eventually fully filed off the design saying he couldn’t do it, had me wash my hands, and said that I was good to go. After being there for 2 HOURS and trying to get this man to fix or even simplify the design if he wasn’t able, I left with the base dip color with the half design polish all over my nails and fingers. I've been several times and had varying results. they are very kind and the place is clean. they also have a great color selection. but, I think today was the last time I'll be going there. Firstly my mani isn't very clean around my cuticles, I got regular nail polish and was only looking for it to last a couple days but it was smudging while she was doing it. then, after an hour I barely bumped a nail and it smudged. I still was ok with it because I could fix it. but then after almost 3 hours after my mani was completed every single nail is messed up. got a pedi and my feet aren't very smooth nor are my nail tips. they do look...
