My original review will be below. After the review and talk with customer service, things improved so I am updating my review
I gave them another shot and the food was perfect. They've definitely stepped up their game in terms of how they handle the online orders
Out of maybe four or five orders between everyone in the house, we've only had one that had any issues. Two hotdogs were left out of a buy four deal, but they corrected it quickly
Most importantly, the online orders have been ready in a timely matter. I haven't had to wait more than a couple of minutes. I appreciate that!
Checkers chili is the best in the area. It's one of the last places to go for a good value meal
The only request I have for y'all: If you can find a way to get Cherry Coke Zero on tap, please do. That stuff is addictive

The ETA on the app is never right. I've had one trip out of a dozen where I waited less than 20 minutes. Most of the time it is close to 30 or 40 minutes, even with 4 people in the store. It cannot be called fast food
Tonight they tried to short me two hotdogs and chicken bites. I placed the order at 8:33pm, they handed it over at 8:56 with missing items. It is now 9:09. They gave me the missing items. Still no chicken bites, had to go back to the window. It's 9:11, nearly 40 minutes after this all started. Finally able to leave, my fries are cold. I'm going home unhappy and unsatisfied. I wouldn't complain if this was a one time thing, but it's constant

Read moreI’m a very understanding and easy going guy and I hate leaving bad reviews for anywhere. But, the staff working at this location tonight were extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived around 35 minutes prior to closing and there were a total of 3 cars there. I used the drive through and while taking my order the staff were laughing and having full on conversations over the speaker while I was trying to give my order. They were in the middle of taking my order then just went completely silent and stopped responding to me. I waited for around 5 minutes and they refused to respond to me, so I thought maybe they thought I had completed my order already. I pulled around to the window and they asked what I ordered and I told them and they said “we don’t see it on the screen, you didn’t order.” I even apologized and said maybe the speaker was messed up and you guys couldn’t hear me correctly. They just sat and stared at me for about another 5 minutes then told me they weren’t gonna make my food and that they were closed and it was still 10 minutes until closing. I legitimately was not rude or difficult with them at all and if anything I’m confused why they treated me like this. I have worked customer service myself and can understand how frustrating customers can be, but I would never treat a customer the way I was treated here tonight. Read moreWe asked for all food to be prepared fresh at the time of order. The burgers were cold and the fries were lukewarm. We returned the fries and they replaced them. Then thinking I could deal with the burgers my husband told me to send back the cold burgers. They lied about them being cooked fresh and the manager refused to remake the burgers claiming they just came up when she wasn't even present. She came from the back. The female manager took back our food and threw it away. I was told I would be given a refund in which I am still waiting on, but the fact that they were rude and clearly refused to accommodate the customer or rectify the situation is unacceptable. I know nothing is going to be done based on the nonchalant attitude the manager gave; but other people eating here should know what kind of experience to look forward to. UPDATE: I filed a complaint because I still have not received my refund from the manager that threw away our food and lied about the refund stating it would return to my card in 3-5 business days. THIS IS STEALING WHEN YOU KEEP THE PRODUCT & DO NOT PROVIDE THE GOODS/SERVICE AND DO NOT ISSUE THE REFUND. I PAID FOR GOODS & SERVICE AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK OR THE GOODS.
