Had a terrible experience around 3pm at this location. 1st upon arrival, the employees didn't even bother to acknowledge that I had arrived. Since there was no acknowledgment, response or direction I kept pulling up. Finally an employee acknowledged my presence, but instead of any kind of normal greeting, I got a 'hey, hey are you here for an oil change?' Although, it should've been obvious, I politely responded that yes I was. The employee then proceeded to tell me that I would have to 'wait a minute' as they needed time to clean up. The employee then walked away from me and then he started to clean up the location. The one other employee present, continues working at the computer and talking on their phone. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting for a '10 minute oil change', and with no sign of cleanup abating, I got the employees attention to ask about how much longer they were going to be, as I had to pick up my wife and I had 2 kids in the car. Rather than answering my question, or apologizing for the inconvenience the employee just responded 'you can come back'. I explained that no I couldn't even leave as they had my path blocked and there was another vehicle behind me, at which point the two employees moved the obstructions to guide me out. At this point it seems that this location is not interested in doing business, not to mention completely uninterested in customer service. When I contacted the customer service line to tell them about my experience, the also didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience, just proceeded to ask more questions, and let me know that they would pass the information to their regional manager. Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. After about a 20 minute wait, I was guided into the bay where they promptly drained my oil and charged me for an oil change. Shortly thereafter, the manager let me know that they did not have my oil filter in stock and they would try to get one while I waited. After about another 40 minute wait they told me they could not get one locally so they put my old oil filter back on and sent me on my way with a promise that they would have one within a few days. I waited a week and came back. I pulled back into the bay only for them to discover that they still did not have the correct oil filter. I was told that they would get one from the dealership and call me the next day and expidite my oil change. I didn't receive a call. I waited an extra day and went to the dealership and purchased an oil filter myself. I then went back to take five only to be told they were too busy too accommodate me at the moment. Read moreMy experiences at take 5 have been previously okay, however this last visit was one that will make me never go back. I don’t consider myself a mechanic but I am pretty good with vehicles and have done most of my oil changes and car work on my own. I had just recently changed my coolant on my own a week prior to my visit. I am getting my oil changed and the lube tech, I do not remember his name, pulls coolant out of the engine into a tester. He tries to tell me that my coolant needs to be replaced and is bad, thats funny I just replaced it. The entire time he tried to convince I needed to change my coolant, when I know it was fine and made a disgusted face every time I told him it didn't needed to be changed. I wouldn’t trust the lube techs here with my car ever again and most definitely will not be back. Not to mention the price for the oil changes was ridiculous considering you can buy all the oil you need and filter for less than 50$ and they charged me 116$.
