I did not even know about you, BUT I did talk with your wife and the owner and specified the Heavenly Aura Flower Arrangement on Pam's website as a base. I confirmed with your wife that she had the page up. I then went over with her the Mosley Highschool Colors that the Roses needed to be orange, tulips orange (she stated not available and that she would find an alternative - I agreed: This was the approved substitution, Not the mums), asked if White Fuji Spider Mums could be changed out to green, she said she would try but not sure. Had I known you would just write my card number down and STICK on a note pad for future use, I would have NEVER given you that information!! "There never was any actual argument between you and I, and I regret that you feel there was" Response - It was contentious and argumentative. There is no other way to characterize it. As is obvious by you attempting to put the onus back on me with your statement "you were unwilling to listen to me and be understanding of the situation." You dear sir, were the one who was unwilling to listen and justify all the mistakes that were made! "I did not at any point dismiss you..." Response - Sorry to inform you, but you did! "I encourage you to consider that perhaps you felt rushed to make everything perfect for your event and that honestly since you were visibly stressed out nothing would have made you happy." Response - I was not stressed out until the order was not ready and you had no clue that the order even existed. At which point, you stated that it would only take 5 minutes to put together and the writing was on the wall all too clear that what I would get is a poor presentation with instructions not followed by a designer who did not take my order. Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: it sounds like the issue was on Telefloraās end and not theirs. I was able to get a hold of them finally and the owner did seem sincere and apologetic. I do appreciate the time she took to look for my order and make things right. I ordered flowers for my mom earlier this month and they were perfect. I will definitely be giving them another chance. If anyone is thinking about ordering for them I would go into the store or call them instead of ordering online.
My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentines Day and I never received them. No one has reached out to us, and we have tried to call. His mom was able to leave a voicemail this morning, however any other time we have called the voicemail has been full. I understand that Valentines Day is the busiest day of the year, however I wish someone would have reached out if there was an issue or the order was unable to be fulfilled. I am usually very understanding since I have worked in retail and customer service for years. I am very disappointed that no one has reached out to us. I would have been fine if someone at least called me and let me know they would be late or even refunded the money. Hopefully someone will reach...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy Husband made a order a week before Valentines day. I was a surprise for me but the day was almost ending and the flowers were not arriving. My husband was so angry that he told me what was happening, because he was calling a lot of times and nobody answer the phone, he was worried because it was 6:30 pm and these people close at 5:00pm. He was angry because he paid for something that's suposed to be early. Then a men arrive at our home at 8:00 pm, he just ask for my name, gave the flowers to my husband and go, he din't apologizes or explained nothing. Very unprofessional and very rude. We never going to order anything from these person again. The flowers were pretty but for the price is too expensive and its no the same as the online page. They charged my husband $5.00 dollars for a very small mylar ballon that you can pay .98 cents at walmart. Too expensive and very bad customer service.
