July 10, 2024 I would NOT recommend this place. The reason for it is because the photos of the food they advertise is not necessarily what you will get. I ordered cashew beef, and there were probably 3 cashews in the entire dish? I ordered the green curry, it was watery, and there was very little chicken. It was tasteless. I ordered the crispy chicken that showed the dish on a bed of basil with red chilli's. Instead, I got a plate with very little crispy chicken pieces on a bed of white shredded cabbage that was piled sky high that was tasteless, and there was no bed of basil or chilli's on the plate at all? The only thing that tasted good was the chicken pad Thai, but they gave very little! In fact, on all the dishes are around $15-17.00 a piece, entree dishes, and they Do Not come with any rice at all! You have to pay for the rice separately and they don't tell you this when you order. In fact, I asked for 4 orders of rice, the server brought out 4 small teacup size bowls, which were tiny, and filled with about 1/2 cup of rice in each tiny bowl? Then at the end of the meal I was charged almost $18.00 for 4 tiny 1/2 cup servings of rice? Ridiculous! All the Thai restaurants I've been through-- give you rice included with your entree! Not this place, their cheap, skimp on the portions, the actual ingredients shown in their photos. and water down the curry. I would waste your time coming here. Nobody was there, because the food is bland, the prices are high, the portions are small. What would have been $60 turned into nearly $100 just because the practically charged me $20 for rice. It's a scam place that has lost business due to the way they...
Read moreRe-visited B Thai today to make catering orders of vegetarian Pad Khi Mao (Drunken Noodles) Tofu and Green Curry Tofu for our party this evening. Since I was already there and I am non-vegan, I decided to dine-in and try the Chicken Garlic Delight and Pot Stickers because I saw a customer eating the Chicken Garlic Delight. The food presentations were amazing. The chicken was very tasty and the portion was reasonable. It was my first time to make catering order. The food portion of the trays were so big. The tofu and vegetables were fresh. Everyone (7 of us) enjoyed the food. In fact, we couldn’t finish all the food due to its large portion. We have saved them for the next meal. Today was my third visit in 1 month, but my first catering order. The owner was friendly and polite as usual. All customers are treated with respect. I highly recommend B Thai as usual. They are the BEST in Lynnwood and Edmonds area. The owner just told me that B Thai was chosen to represent this year’s Lynnwood’s Dining Month on King 5. I have already recommended my neighbors and they all loved the food and...
Read moreB Thai had their Summer-theme decoration set up few weeks ago. It is a kids-friendly restaurant. They got a claw machine about a month ago. Many players get prizes from the claw-machine as shown in the pictures. It is a very cozy restaurant. From the outside you would think of it as a typical restaurant, but once you step in, you would be surprised with all the beautiful decorations. According to the owner, the decoration theme changes throughout the year. It is a family-run business. The owner makes sure that the restaurant is always kept clean and the food-quality exceeds standards. We come here about twice a month. The crispy garlic chicken was their top-seller. It was really flavory and crispy. During lunch on weekdays, they have 5 lunch sets to choose from. It comes with a choice of chicken or tofu, plus choice of white or brown rice, and a sizable no-meat Pad Thai. We had the Chicken Garlic Delight combo set this time. Another positive point to add is that about 90%-95% of the food is gluten-free. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They always get...
