Went in on 5/29/25 around 12:05pm. The lady that was taking our order was super nice and helpful. There was one person behind us so there was no rush. Now the other lady whose name is Sailly was so unprofessional and rude, the tone she was using while she was helping her customers was so rude. She knew she was using a rude tone when she noticed the client was getting visible upset and she switched it up real quick. She was also telling the lady who was helping us to move over with our orders because she needed space with the ONE subway order she was doing. Which made no sense because she definitely had the space to finish her order. It was so unnecessary, she was micromanaging and being rude for no reason. Definitely not following the standards that subway has. I will also be sending this review through subways page. Sailly needs to work on her attitude and act as an employee and the owner of the entire subway franchise.she needs to be nicer to customers...

This is the most expensive Subway I've eaten at in the country, with $9.50 foot-longs (and I'm not even talking about Premium deluxe foot-longs, the most I'd ever paid before was a $9.00 Hot Pastrami Melt foot-long in Philly, but that was the Premium deluxe foot-long being promoted that month; this was just plain lunch meat.) Chicago and Manhattan Subway owners, eat your wallets out.
I thought at first this might be attributable to Seattle, or owing to some local shortage of sliced turkey, but no, other Subways here that I've visited sell this foot-long for $8.50 (everywhere east, this sub is usually $6.75 to $7.75). Aside from the extraordinarily high price, there was nothing wrong with the sub they made or their soda machines, which worked. In hindsight, I should've bought two of their 6" sub of the day for $3.50 each. They are the only sensible offer, just make sure to visit on the day the sub you want is the...
Read moreSo I'll start by saying I am a career chef. I've worked for Nordstrom and Microsoft to name a couple. I went into this location one afternoon with my wife and 4 year old to get some lunch.. my 4 year old needed to use the restroom which required a bathroom key to get into. One of the employees handed me the bathroom key with a gloved hand and then proceeded to keep on making sandwiches without changing gloves or washing his hands. My wife was to uncomfortable to say anything as she watched this employee make her sandwich after handling the bathroom key. When I came back out she explained the situation to me so I asked the young man to throw the sandwich out, wash his hands, and start over which was met with hostility. I was polite about it at first even though the kid gave me attitude. He proceeded to wash his hands and then scratch his head with both of them which is where I drew the line. I will never eat at this...
