I pre ordered 2 coffee travelers. Got handed all the sides individually, nothing bagged up. I walked over to grab a bag and 2 cup tray to put my creamer in (which i had to ask to fill it more-not even halfway filled w creamer...) and as i was doing that, an older lady w blonde hair and a black apron rudely said, "Next time, ask, and we can get it." I said it's ok, you're busy (assuming so from the drive thru aspect, because only 1 person was in the lobby and no one behind me). In my mind, I wanted to say, well, if it was all put together like most stores do, then I wouldn't have to grab these. The way she said it was snarky but elevated my feelings more since no one thought to bag up my cups, creamer, or sugar and I needed to leave asap. Right when I walked in too there was no greeting. I walked right up to the register, and there were 2 girls talking about hair. Didn't even look my way or say someone would be right w you. The atmosphere also feels cold. You walk in and see all these tiny tables. Definitely not welcoming to large groups or to anyone who has anxiety of people sitting so close to you. I'm not sure if the black apron lady is the manager or what, but I feel like if you're wearing the black apron, you are exceptional in all aspects, not just knowledgeable about coffees. And I didn't get that feeling from her. If I were Gordon Ramsey, I'd take the...
Read moreThe girl that took my order kept paying attention to other things. Repeatedly made mistakes and had to ask multiple times about my order. It wasn't a difficult order. Toast a bagel. Make a frap. I waited as they made multiple drinks for the drive thru and a person inside that ordered after me. I stood at the counter without so much as eye contact for about 5 minutes. Finally a girl came out of the bathroom and began making drinks. First off I did not witness her wash her hands. I finally asked where my drink was. Jocelyn the girl from the bathroom began to make it and asked what size. I told her and she began to tell me the order was put in wrong. I said thats because the other girl was inept. Jocelyn began to make a complete seen refusing to make my order, or my refund, or a manager to call. I asked her to just make my drink she began yelling louder. I told her she was making a scene she then kicked me out and threaten to call police. Because I spoke of her Barista In a negative way. Jocelyn is rude, loud, and is a thief. She did not...
Read moreOkay, so I could write y'all a book on how much I love this place. I'm here almost every morning, about 740am and I just don't get tired of it. The coffee tastes like coffee, but made with love and laughter. They don't control the prices and who sees their store when they're driving by. But I can tell you one of the reasons the lines get long are because the staff are AMAZING. I'm slowly learning everybody's names, and a big part of that is how conversational and presonable everyone is. Taylor, Jennifer, Alexis, Saima, Austin, Laura, and everyone else there I've interacted with whose name I don't know yet. They're all great, I vibe with all of them and they're the best start to my day. The coffee is great too, but let's be real.. We go for the people. 10/10 recommend if you want to go somewhere that feels like more than...
