Think twice before ordering a custom made cake. I ordered and paid an Encanto cake for my daughter's 1st birthday party two weeks in advanced. I showed them the design I wanted for the cake and they said they can do it with the exception of one detail which I was ok with. My husband arrived to pick up the cake the day of the party and the cake was not ready. They were trying to "find it" but turns out they never made it. My husband had to wait for 1 hour for them to make a last minute design that was not exactly what was agreed when I ordered the cake. This ruined my mood for my daughter's party. Don't get me wrong, the tres leches cake was good. But I would recommend just getting the cake...

So disappointed. Really wanted to try this place out. Placed an order with Kim over the phone for a tres leches cake. When I went in to pick it up they couldn’t find my order. Finally got to speak to Kim and she said that I didn’t call back with credit card info for a deposit so they didn’t make the cake. I told her she never asked me for card info because had she asked I would have given it. After that it was just excuse after excuse blaming me for it not being made. There were cakes on display for sale that I would have bought but she was absolutely no help at at. Didn’t offer any of the cakes or a later pick up time. I asked, “ So I can’t get a cake?” And she said no. Horrible...

HORRIBLE ON TIME MANAGEMENT!!! My sister order a cake back in Dec and they had her waiting an hour and 15 mins after the pick-up time. She wanted to give them a second try and ordered another cake for a Bday. Pick-up time was 10:30am. I purposely got there an hour later hoping I would be able to walk in and out with no problems. Still had to wait an additional 30 mins for them to finish. The decorations were nothing complicated. It's not worth paying that much if you have a party or event and expect to have things be on time. Costco is cheaper and decorates just as good....
