First of all let me start by sayin this I was so angry because I didn’t want to stop at that particular one because I was taking my friend to inland Empire last week we stopped over there got her a couple of pieces of chicken and a drink before we made it to the 605 freeway she was sick so I took her straight to the hospital in the inland Empire and they said that she was salmonella poisoning. I was back there because of my brother he has stage four liver cancer so I tried to keep him satisfied but after I went into the drive-through someone had a very bad attitude and this was at 415 p.m. Central time so I parked the car and came in the kiosk machine was not working well so now I asked for help there is two gentlemen sitting in the dining area they were very angry because there were bucks flying around ness or something I don't truly know and there was absolutely no air condition in the building when is well over 80° outside so when getting inside of KFC it's hot now I'm thinking to myself do I want to get this food for my brother because I know or I'm assuming that employees are now sweating on my brothers food I have more to say but I'm gonna close it here because I'm getting angry why is there a on the wall and the employees can't even enjoy what they're doing. Whenever I get a job I try my best to enjoy therefore my time goes by quickly sometimes I don't even wanna leave my job I wanna stay at work and with that being said not employees happy and satisfied as well customers? I have more to say but I'm closing now I'm very very angry because I didn't get my brother anything and I don't have a car now because the parking is so bad I had to go park my car somewhere get out and walk to find my brother some food thank you...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this KFC location. I went through the drive-through during my lunch break and didn’t realize until I was back at work that I received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return right away since I didn’t have time for another trip to the KFC location.
I tried calling 3 times to let them know about the mistake—not a single answer. Since I wasn’t able to come back until after work (5 hours later), I tossed the food, I would have ate the order but it was nothing close to what I had offered. Which was a pie when I had ordered tenders.
When I finally made it back, I showed Manager Daisy a photo of the incorrect food with my receipt as proof, but she did not care at all and refused to refund me or offer me the right order because I didn’t have the food. It had obviously been sitting out all day—what was I supposed to do? Hold onto spoiled food just to prove their mistake?
As someone who has worked in customer service, I am super understanding when mistakes happen—I know how busy and stressful it can get. But what really disappointed me was the complete lack of care and effort to make things right. A simple apology and a reasonable solution would have gone a long way.
To make things worse, KFC’s online support is useless—their AI chatbot just kept repeating that no agent was available to help after I called location multiple times.
This location needs better customer service and accountability. Answer your phones, own up to your mistakes, and train your staff to care about customers.

They are a fast food restaurant that takes 25 minutes or more to prepare your food and some how it will still be cold ..the so called manager or who ever she was because she refused to provide her name, is rude and disrespectful acts like a hoodlum and instead of listening to a customers suggestion and apologize for the lack of food everytime and inconvenience shell tell you oh well we are not just waiting on you to make chicken you can go online and make a complaint there stands there and jokes and laughs at you with her employee right in front of your face..its no wonder the place is the way it is because of the people they got running it..i eat kfc because of how good it is at another location close to my job but this one ...stay away from this place it will ruin your appetite not satisfy it..based on previous reviews looks like everyone has experienced a long wait here. Even though i disagree that the customer is always right i know in this case i was ..clearly ..i mean look at the reviews..be humble at your job as a mnager you should defuse a situation not create one ..i couldve reacted a lot worst and even ask my husband to go check the fat little employee the manager was laughing with which hes probably the one eating all the damn chicken thats why theres none left but no its ok i have family that work for better business bureau..you told be take my complaints else where sooo whats good now...
