Bad customer services The attendant seems and act like an owner You ask for something They gave you what they want and in top of that They charge you for what you didn’t order You ask why ? They gave you attitude I tougth we are paying for what we want ? Don’t get me wrong they are opening more stores and I rather drive more to get what I deserve and make bussiness somewhere else . Employees must know that the customer is paying their check and they need to be feel welcome , I have never post a coment on any stablisment , I deal with customers everyday , I work in a hussle environment as well , and I know how streess can be But that do not make me feel bad and have a custumer not return to my store, 5 dollars that you loose Could of be 1400 in one year

I won’t go back to these location and I will make sure that I pass these to all my customers and friends that I know to do not visit these location if changes...

I’m kinda shocked after seeing all the negative reviews. I guess it was horrible back then… but tbh, as of today, February of 2023, their service is great! The place looks cute, clean and colorful. The employee that attended me was super sweet. She was a young thin nerdy latina with long black hair. all other employees seemed to be giving a good customer service as well. I ordered a natural Green juice and it was filled to the top of the cup. I also ordered a vanilla raspado that was also filled to the top. I don’t get why there are so many bad reviews. Perhaps they had bad employees back then. But it’s all good now. The service was fast too. They definitely did their due diligence. And that’s just that on that. Period. I like this place n I enjoying the customer service but this is the second time I go n their chips are rancid. 1st time time it was the nachos. I ended up throwing them away and thought it was just me. Today I went back n their tostilocos chips were rancid and smelled bad not sure where the funky smell was coming from. I ended up throwing those away but after eating a few.My daughter also got some n their chips were fine. I tried calling them to let them know so they can keep an eye on it or to check their chips and no answer. I left a message letting them know as well.
