BILL'S PLACE EXPRESS — Restaurant in Lyons Township

On my first visit I was a bit dissapointed one sandwich on the menu wasn't available (chicken Parm.) but the Spicy Chicken the employee suggested was VERY good. Loved having an RC, brought back memories. The staff was very welcoming and the place was nice and clean. We'll be back. UPDATE: We came back, an order to take home while on a day off. Service was fast and the food - WOW. They've got their staff up and running - the fries were perfectly cooked, not greasy at all, and the chicken in my sandwich crisp and fresh (after years of re-heated breaded chicken at other fast food places you HAVE to try this - honestly the best chicken sandwich I've had in years). Absolutely horrible customer service. We walked in at 7:59. They cashier asked if he csn take our order, Another guy from behind the counter said "we close at 8. We've been here all day" if they continue this type of service they will loose customers bad. Maybe management meeds to asses their employees. If this place continues they will shut down just like every place that has tried there. So far for supporting local businesses. That's a pretty bad assumption that we saw crew cleaning. They are rushing the food and comparing to the original is falling short on food quality. I ordered a Maxwell polish and the onion were supposed to be grilled the were raw and super greasy half way cook . 2nd time I ordered a double cheese burger and the flavor on the meat was flat and wasnt broil at all, The third time I ordered a gyro and wasn't flame enough.
