Where do I begin . I stopped in yesterday, there was two cashiers a younger man and a bit older one, the one was scratching his hand and arm over and over , then handled that one transaction and threw a pair of gloves on and went to make sandwich’s , without washing his hands after that ongoing of scratching. Regardless of the reason behind the scratching , your hand should be washed before handling any food . Then the second cashier , took a few orders before mine , then took mine , very attentive , but once the line is gone he’s looking at his cell phone. Cell phones are rated dirtier than toilets , and he’s using it while on the clock. That’s not at all, so there are two lanes where they prepare orders, one for delivery and pickup and one for to go. Well the one making the orders for present customers the female , wiped her nose with the top of her glove and continued to make sandwich’s. If you have to wipe your nose , go blow your nose where you’re away from any food products and then wash your hands. There was a employee one over from her , not sure whey he wasn’t in uniform or proper attire for work, he was touching his hat with his gloves than he wiped his face with the top of the glove , then packing up the sandwiches . But the icing on the cake was a delivery driver , comes in puts gloves on keeps the gloves on goes out the door brings a bag back in as gloves remain on after touching the public door, keeps the gloves on and is touching bags of chips and items on the sandwich line. These are all health and sanitary safety violations and should be looked into. One customer shouldn’t see all this...

That's tight, I'm watching how they make my sandwich. When you bring it to their attention, the response from purple hair chick. "We are getting more" with attitude. You know what, keep your stinking sandwich. Give me my money back!! I'm done spending my money at this place. I'll reach out to Eric whose the morning manager. I hope you find better help. Read moreLike they advertise, JJ is freaky fast whether you order online or in store. By the time I paid up in store, the sandwich was waiting for me. What I love about JJ sandwiches are they are not bursting with too many fillings. They carve out the bread to fit in the fillings, almost within the bread removed. The result is a well-made sandwich that does not fall apart or start dropping fillings all over you or gets soggy.
Since there aren't many choices for my beliefs, I limit my choice to the tuna. The club is a whopping 1000+ calories, the sandwich alone. So I stay with the original totally tuna, which is around 600. You have to tell them to use a different knife and change their gloves for handling...
