McDonald's — Restaurant in Lyons Township

The only reason that I am giving 3 stars is that I chose to leave because of larger children middle school or maybe even early high school in the play area . These girls were acting very inappropriately to be around young children. also there is no reason that 4 high school or middle school girls need to be so loud or all in the same bathroom which is a single bathroom . The young man that was sitting with them was so quiet I didn’t even notice him until I chose to leave with my grandson. It is a shame that the establishment didn’t say anything to these girls. Shame they don’t know how to act like young ladies. This is such a shame because the friendliness of the staff, accuracy , cleanliness of establishment is incredible compared to most McDonald’s I have visited. I will try again but hope that group of girls are not there so my grandson can enjoy...

I stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru around 10 PM (Dine in was closed)after a long day at work, hoping to grab a quick meal. To my surprise, the manager refused to take my order because I wasn’t in a car. I was on foot, tired, and hungry, but the staff wouldn’t make an exception—even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all.

I understand that the drive-thru is primarily for cars, but when there’s no one else in line and it’s late, it would’ve been nice to see a bit of flexibility. I ended up walking away empty-handed, which was really frustrating after a long day.

I’ve always liked McDonald's, but this experience definitely left me disappointed. I hope they can reconsider their approach for situations like this in the future.

For the first time at this local fast food restaurant I’ve had a very horrible experience. At 12:55 am I got a 2 for $5 deal the quarter pounder with no pickle , a 10 piece chicken nugget , Large frie , and 2 plain double cheeseburgers . Now as I got home with the meal me and my girlfriend sat down at the kitchen table and opened our food . She had her nuggets first and I had my quarter pounder . As I took the first bite I already knew to check my burger because I know some places try to get away with undercooked food . But honestly this by far is the most disgusting. My quarter pounder was so undercooked you could see pink in the meat now I tried to post a photo and if by chance it is posted you’ll see it in their photos . Thank you and everyone watch...
