Starbucks — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Don’t bother coming this Starbucks. Employees here are incredibly rude and don’t care about their customers. Worst service ever. Walked inside with a friend, waited in line for long time behind two other people, and when it was our turn the employee at the register just turned her back at us and started doing other things, completely ignoring us (the customers trying to order). She made herself looked busy and didn’t pay any attention to us as we waited a very long time to order in front of the register. After more than 10 minutes of waiting for her to even acknowledge us or glance at us, she finally came to take our order. Then we waited sitting at the table for over 40 minutes for our two simple drinks to be made which was just unknowingly placed at the counter without our names called. It looked like the people there didn’t even care from the way they treated us as customers. The place was also not clean and atmosphere uncomfortable. Worst experience in a coffee place. I expected more from the Starbucks name. After such terrible service, will never return or patronize this place again. They lost two paying customers. Go to other independent coffee shops; they provide way better service and there are MANY different coffees shops in the area that will gladly serve you and treat their...

The baristas here are absolutely kindhearted. I have a lot of rough days and this starbucks is my go-to since I work on the plaza and they never fail to make my day a little brighter.

I've had wonderful conversations and they give the loveliest little things that just make my day, like stickers, notes, and messages. I really appreciate the kindness and openness as I myself can be awkward and shy at times. When I open up I may speak a little too much.

I don't mean to get too deep, but it really is the little things that can make the difference. The smiles, the conversations, the messages- some of my rough days are rougher than others and when I feel like quitting in life sometimes, the kindness in others keep me going despite the bad.

This morning I stopped to pick up 4 drinks before getting to work, it's near my job so I chose this location, today I experience terrible customer service the girl in the window was trying to give me an order that wasn't mine then she gave me a wrong drink, she said I asked for it hot when I expecifictly told her it was 2 upsidedown ice caramel, to top it of both drinks looked like they put expired milk unfortunately my coworkers didn't realize it until the product was almost done.
