New Han's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Mableton

So my grandmother gets a delivery from this place, which she often does. A lot of times one of her daughters sends her food. So when the delivery shows up she takes the food with no receipt shown delivery guy leaves. She assumes her daughter sent it. We sample the food which isnt bad. She calls the restaurant to find out which kid sent it. To her surprise they didnt. It was just someone elses food delivered to the wrong place. They try to make her pay for it on the phone she refuses. They say they will pick up the food she tells them we ate some of it and if theres a problem call her back. 30 minutes later delivery guy shows up wanting the food back. We tell him some of its been eaten. He Still wants it back so we give it to him. Now here is the reason behind this review, they made a mistake with delivery, gave someones food to another. Wanted it back after 30 minutes and to be honest i can obliged by that. But with covid going around right now why would you want it back. I can only assume two things there going to throw it away which is kind of wasteful. Or and this is the worse part there going to deliver it to the original purchaser who is now going to get food thats not only cold but has been partially eaten. All that just to save a dollar. I wont be ordering from here again thats for sure....

I went there with my family who doesn't know alot about chinese food so I took their order and ordered for everyone. The man in the counter was so rude, and impatient. I was trying to be as clear as possible as there is an obvious language/accent barrier on his part, but it seems this man was in denial to the fact that I could not make out what he was saying. I asked if I could get a chicken and beef combo with rice. He kept asking "beef and chicken what?" So I said "combo with rice" to which he said in a louder agitated voice "what kind of chicken?" I wasn't sure what to answer as he repeated the same question louder and louder and I was literally afraid. There were no options offered, just yelling over and over again "what kind of chicken and pork?!" Until someone from the back came out and stood by him and was saying something to him in Chinese. I should have walked out but I had my grandmother, mother, and other family and I didn't want them to get up and have to leave, so I ate there. The lady who brought the food was pleasant and the food was great, but a terrible ordering experience in general. Good food is not worth...

They just tried to bait and switch me. I asked about the price of a substitution before I ordered and the young guy with the glasses at the register told me it was $1.25 difference. Then a taller rude female tells him to answer the phone and she rings me up. Why food she charge me double!!!! I brought it to his and her attention and they had the nerve to ask me did I still want my food and tried to tell me they weren't giving me back the difference. IF YOUR EMPLOYEE doesn't know the correct prices he shouldn't be taking orders that's not my fault. Another shorts female comes out the back and they are talking while I'm still waiting on my money. She finally begrudgingly opens the register and hands me a dollar. She lucky I'm in a good mood because she clearly can't add she should have given me a $1.25 plus tax. It's all good I'll be one less person you receive business from. Add up your items, especially since they don't provide...
