Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Macomb Township

I have no words for my experience. It's honestly laughable. I go with my friend and let them know we are doing two separate orders. Also let them know it's my first time here. I ordered a #7 with seasoned fries, a sweet tea, 4 sauces and a strawberry short cake milkshake. We get up to the window and sit there for a long time. They finally come to window and say the price of my friends box, charge her card then hand her the box. They hand her my box... I open it. No sauces. No worries, going to ask for it the next time. They come to the window and let them know they charged the box wrong to the wrong person. They said okay they are going to grab the others and I said okay well I didn't pay for my order yet...they then charge the card. They come back asking my friend what did she have again! She told them and they gave us our two sweet teas. No straws. I let them know I ordered 4 sauces and she said okay let me grab that. Comes back and hands us my shake. Then her box and says sorry about the wait then closes the window. At this point we have no straws, no napkins, none of the sauces I ordered which mind you they charge $ 0.79 cents for each. I also noticed my strawberry SHORTCAKE had no shortcake in it. We then try to flag them down because they left us. The cook comes from the back and says yes? We told them we have no straws, no napkins, none of my sauces then I ask if my shake was just the regular strawberry because they upcharged me for the special shake. He said let me ask because I didn't make it. Also I told him what sauces i ordered. He comes back with napkins, straws, and the wrong sauces. None the less it's fine. He then comes to the window and says the shake is just the regular strawberry because they aren't making the shortcake anymore. I said okay well I was upcharged for it? He said oh really? Okay let me ask. Disappears. Never comes back. Then we see the girl he asked about the shake....making a new shake. With the shortcake....I thought you didn't have it? We went through the drive thru and it took like 45 minutes for all of this. Our food was cold and just not good. My friends ranch had an eyelash in it...no joke. The sweet teas taste like the machine has not been cleaned in ages. This was probably the worst drive thru experience I've ever had. It's very pricey and not worth it. I was understanding at first but I don't get how you mess up that many times then blantly lie...

So I've been here at least 7 or 8 times And the 1st few times I came at night And the staff were nice And got your food pretty quickly But the The last few times were really slow And I do get that's hard to find people to work now these days But today I got here at 12 o'clock The service was really slow The lady that was ringing me up was slow on giving me change back she closed the Door Was on Facetiming someone And got me my change back after In the meantime This guy was waiting And he was waiting here for probably a few minutes at the counter She was putcing around When she could have helped him in the meantime. So finally after about 3 or 4 minutes she realized that the guy was there And it looked like there like 3 or 4 people working it's not like they were that busy it seems like The day shifts It's slow the night shift on the other hand gets you out Within 2 to 3 minutes other than that The food is good Yes they are a little pricey but it's better than most fast foods I just hope they Can fix...

This location has a drive-thru which is very convenient. We order a box 8 (double-sliders) with an additional fried egg and a box 12 (fried chicken strips) plus an additional ranch cup, both boxes with house fries. This is the 4th or 5th time we have visited this location. The service is always friendly and typically prompt, but when we returned home we opened up a mess. The box 8 sliders were smashed, one bottom bun was completely off. We were not given our extra cup of ranch, which we paid for. This has happened the last few times, so I recommend opening your box to check for extra sauce if you order it. Ultimately, it was still flavorful food but required a lot of napkins and using some ranch from home after being charged $.79 for it. Staff is great, but the execution can be hit or miss. Also worth mentioning a few weeks ago we tried breakfast, our order was wrong and missing items and the food was not great, definitely not worth 4 or 5 dollars per...
