I made an order online and was told by text my order was ready for pick up but when I get to the store, the clerk said they had no record of my order. I gave her an order number and she found me but no pizza. She offered me to wait until they cook it but I felt it was unprofessional for them to contact me but not have my order ready. I asked for a refund but she told me I had to wait three days. It take three days for them to take my money. At that point, I felt they were being unprofessional especially when a young lady came from the back to pick an argument with me and tried to tone police me like I was wrong that they took my order and said it was ready but nothing was done and to be talked down to like an invalid and they expected me to take that and leave with no money. Yes I gave them a few choice words because they wasted my time and with their actions I no longer desired their food. These young people love to escalate drama because they don't like to be questioned. I am willing to bet they wouldn't accept this treatment if they were the customer. Read moreIt's been about two years since I've visited the downtown location but I have visited the Tom Hill location recently. I remember the pizza tasting so much better & having more ingredients than what I received when visiting recently. Hopefully, they will work the kinks out as my order took approximately a half hour longer than they said it would. I really want to like this establishment b/c past experiences, years back were good. Is it me or does the owner only reply to the positive reviews? They should definitely address some of the negative reviews that have been posted by some here. The customer ISN'T always right but the customer does have a right to be satisfied with a product that they are spending their money on. You definitely don't want people to think that the passion for making a good product has been replaced by the passion of just making good money. First time eating at Fatty's Pizza. Pizza was good. Problem is pizza toppings are skimpy ... If I am going to spend 38 dollars on two pizzas give me my damn toppings.. Owners seem very nice and approachable but I must say for a 20 pc wing it is 28 dollars.(did not get them however, owner was hyped about new flavors Hell I was too until I saw the damn prices)..Overall decent experience not best. Note for Fatty's come down on your prices so you can be competitive 38 dollars I can get probably 5 to 6 pizzas at Domino's...Pizza crust was good you owe me 2 more pizzas....toppings were damn near...
