Food was decent . Service was terrible . I arrived with a part of 3 under a reservation for Chennedy . Upon entering the hostess rolled her eyes at us when I let her know of her reservation but she did quickly seat us. Upon getting settled in , our waitress took about 20 minutes to arrive . In the mean time we happened to notice someone we were familiar with working that night . We were confused on the special we were there for not being on the menu , he quickly ran and grabbed us a Specials menu which he stared we should’ve been given . finally our waitress arrives and takes our drink orders . We received no napkins , extra plates etc. our waitress returned 20 minutes later to take our order . We order an appetizer and 3 course entrees that was apart of their special . Our waitress disappears for about 30 more minutes before another young man brought our appetizer to us .about 5 more minutes go by and a different server brings our salads . We still at this long had no plates and our waiter was no where to be found . We did notice her addressing customers at other tables directly in front of us at the bar and near bye . She returned briefly to pick up our salad bowls that we neatly placed on the edge of the table for her . We hadn’t been offered any refills plates or napkin still at this point . !! 20 minutes after we revived the appetizer and the salads our entrees arrive again brought out by a different server. One of the orders was missing a side of French fries and we personally just didn’t like the mac & cheese ( which is not an issue ) . But because our waitress didn’t bring out or food we had to wait 15 minutes for her to check on us again at that point we told her we were missing fries . She looked at the ticket and said yes I pick them in she left and he didn’t return shortly with the fries ! She didn’t serve the fries to us within 8 minutes so that’s good . But after that sadly she disappeared again and tended to every customer except for us. . We were starting to get pretty restless seeing as we were in there for a few hours , had done a lot of waiting & we were not given the proper table wear or atmosphere to enjoy our food . When the waitress did return we asked for to go bags and our check . She asked if there was anything else she can do I think asked if she can also bag our cheesecakes that were apart of the special . She paused for moment rolled her eyes and asked which ones we wanted we let her know and she went off to check us out . Now no exaggeration it took our waitress 40 minutes to check us out . I timed it . We watched her tend to other customers and we watched her bring them the card reader and check them out . She finally returned to check us out and we had to ask for the cheesecakes again which we waited an another 10 minutes for . This was a terrible experience and I am so upset that we wasted our evening here . I’m not going to call the waitress and staff racist but I will say they were for sure discriminating. Some type of training may need to be put in place . You cannot forget , or treat us unfairly because of my skin pigment .! I think when they see different colors they already make assumptions and as a result we get terrible service !!! I would hate the make the statement and call the young ladies racist so I am going them the benefit of the my the doubt . Nonetheless...

I visited your location last night with high hopes, but what began as a great evening quickly turned into a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience. After walking away from Carrabba’s, (long wait).. I convinced my guest to try Outback instead. Our server, Mar, was excellent—attentive, polite, and thorough with our order. Unfortunately, the food itself was unacceptable. The pasta dish looked like it had been sitting out for hours—completely dry—with just four small pieces of steak and six shrimp. I asked Mar for extra Alfredo sauce, and while he was prompt, the sauce arrived separated with a thick layer of oil on top. I asked to switch to a different meal, and Mar informed the manager as expected. Here’s where things went from bad to worse. We waited patiently for the manager to come by. During that time, we watched her walk past our table four times, make eye contact, and deliberately avoid speaking to us—all while checking on other tables. Notably, every other table she checked on did not appear to be guests of color. Despite Mar telling us (and confirming) that he informed her twice about our issue, she never came. I didn’t eat my food. I left the restaurant having only had the complimentary bread, yet the check was still over $100. On our way out, she held the door and said, “Have a good night,” and I took the opportunity to let her know that I didn’t enjoy my visit, and that I had been waiting for her to come over. She claimed she didn’t know—but again, Mar had already informed her. I’ve been in customer service and management for over 24 years. I understand the importance of being guest-focused, and what I experienced last night felt not only dismissive—but discriminatory. I will not return to this location, and I strongly urge corporate to revisit training and ethical practices with this manager, especially around bias, inclusion, and basic customer respect. This is not the level of service—or human decency—I expect from any...
Read moreOur waiter was very friendly but that is where it ended. I ordered a wedge salad with ranch dressing. Asked for no tomatoes or onions. It was delivered with both. I ordered the potato soup , it was passable but still was garnished with green onion. I picked all of the above off but could still taste the onion. Raw onions do not agree with me. The steak I ordered was supposed to be well done. It was served to me more of a medium rare. I sent it back . The waiter returned to tell me they had to start over with my steak they had rendered it inedible trying to microwave it. They cooked me a new one. By this time my husband was finished eating and outside smoking a cigarette. They brought me my steak again, this time it was cooked properly. I cut it into bite sized pieces and asked for a to go container and ate it in the hotel. I didn't want to sit and eat alone. Our waiter completely ignored us and decided to chat with another group of customers instead. He saw all the things I picked off my salad that wasn't supposed to be on it. Never said a word or apologized. When I was paying the bill someone else came to my table and gave me a gift card in compensation for the errors and apologized. I assume it was a manager. The problem is it expires in like a week and we have no outback steakhouse where we live. It will never get used. I paid a lot of money for a less than mediocre meal. Apparently they don't care if the customer is happy or not. If they did they would have been more attentive as well as acknowledged the mistake in my food instead of looking at it like it was the elephant in the room. I will never return to this particular outback restaurant ever again. We travel through this area often and stop in this location of hotels as a regular stop when we travel. I will never return to this outback ever again. The service was lousy and I was totally disappointed in...
