Francar's Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Macon

I was emailed a $5 off reward for my Birthday. I called and placed an order. I asked the waitress over the phone how could I redeem the coupon. I advised her that my daughter would be coming in to pick up my food. She advised me to just have her bring in the email. When my daughter arrived at the restaurant she was advised that I had to be present in order to redeem the coupon. I called back when I returned home and spoke to the owners wife and explained to her what had happened. She was very unconcerned and unapologetic. She said that i could only use the coupon on my actual birthday and I had to be present. I explained to her that I had called prior to coming in and that the waitress or the coupon made no mention of that. The owners wife very bluntly told me that she was the manager's wife and that was what it meant. While the $5 off was not a big discount for the amount of food that i purchased, it was a good gesture. Tried Francar's Buffalo Wings for the first time today on the recommendation of a great friend. Wow! It was totally mind-blowing how good the food, service, and atmosphere were! I'll start with the service...walked-in, waited less than a minute to be seated, and was greeted by a lady with one of the warmest smiles I've ever seen! The Southern Fried Chicken wings were cooked to perfection, arrived piping hot, and tasted so good I didn't bother with any sauce! Really, really good! I ate a dozen without blinking and washed it all down with some crazy-good lemonade. The lady who waited on our table and the lady who did the cooking (whose caricature I believe, is on the side of the building) were both awesomely friendly and engaging to the point it felt like I was dining with family! The atmosphere has an array of sports memorabilia from a multitude of local sports teams that is truly captivating and adds a very cozy, comfortable feel to the whole experience! Never felt so embarrassed in my life! This is a place my grandfather use to take me when I was a little girl, they was at a different location and the wings use to be so good I couldn't get enough. They are not the same at all. But a few days ago I went in there to pick up a doordash order. The first thing that happened was the lady owner yelling at me saying if you a driver go outside go outside, drivers don't come in go outside now very harshly in front of all the people sitting in there with no mask on. I had my mask on. No greeting no hey how are you mind you it's been a few years since I been there. I felt so hurt by the way she treated me. I cried to my boyfriend on the phone just to calm down.
