If no stars was an option I would give that. The owner was absolutely horrendous, she was the prime example of having absolutely no customer service and an evil spirit . We rented the back patio for a baby shower between the hours of 3:30-5:30 when we arrived to set up we were swiftly interrupted by a band performing their sound check which lasted through out the whole baby shower. We were also interrupted by them allowing other guest to sit through out the back patio area. We were also were pushed out beginning at 5:11 19 minutes before the end of our event. When the baby shower came to a end and we voice are complaints we were rudely interrupted and talked over by the owner who chose the end of the baby shower to let us know that we were only supposed the to have the payment slab and not the whole back area which was never specified to us when I told the owner how I would recommend being more specific in the future she rudely told me “well I’ve never had anyone confused by that before”. Honestly a sorry would for the misunderstanding would have went a long way but it was not uttered once by the owner who instead chose to blame us and told us to read our contract which stated that the patio would be blocked off to other guest which it was not. It was clear to see that she just wanted to make more profit by taking our 700 dollars and also sitting tables during our event. I would like to add that our server during the event was absolutely lovely and was very apologetic if only the owner would learn from her employees.

Respectfully Casey workman my review is nothing but truth the band did perform there sound check throughout our whole event but that was not my main complaint my complaint is that the owner was completely unprofessional and rude and our baby shower was not taken over the whole are we were actually being very condensed to a smaller area with the owner having the staff actually move our item off tables to sit...

My family's experience with one of the owners, Dawn (who told us her name was Susan Smith) was absolutely horrid , nerve wrecking, and blatantly disrespectful. Our party consisted of 6ppl plus an infant. Everyone ordered but one person decided they would rather have something more fulfilling and decided to change their order after about 10min. The waiter said she couldn't change her order and we had to pay for it even though we never even received the Blt on sourdough bread. The senior citizen patron stated she wasn't going to pay for something she clearly did not want but would pay for her new order which was a higher priced meal. The waiter inform the owner of the matter and they still proceeded to wrap that first order up, place it on our table, and tell us we were paying for it. So she kindly ask to speak with the manager. The Manger hurriedly comes out, walks up on the senior citizen whose sitting at the table, squats down with her hands on her knees to the point she is eye level and inches away from the patrons face. The patron says I'm not going to pay for the food order I clearly changed but will pay for the steak ordered and Dawn proceeds to tell her if she's not going to pay then she'd like for us to leave and not come back.( it's very triggering for a black or African American person to hear this from a Caucasian person whose standing over them)Only one person received food out of the 6. We got up from the table because she was completely disrespectful why would any of us eat there after that. When heading out myself and the other senior citizen at the table offered to pay for the one meal and the drinks that we did get and she declined to take our payments. When I asked her her name, she replied with a smile, Susan Smith. If you have good practices and felt you did nothing wrong as the owner then why lie about something as simple as your name? Needless to say we will never be back or recommend this...

My Experience was quite interesting …TERRIBLE!! my waitress disappeared after bringing the entree…no silverware…didn’t bring the sodas back that we requested overall it was bad customer service, later a guy started waiting on us and apologized that the waiter abandoned us meanwhile our original waitress is outside serving a caucasion couple very nicely unlike our service my lamb chops were bloody and I requested well done I had to find someone to fix my order which ended up being the lady manager..Well,she told me that it was well done but she can cook it some more…🤦🏽‍♀️the guy brought it to me finally..and that’s not it the most surprising part was after my boyfriend paid $108 and walked out to the truck. The Manager saw me walking past her and began fussing about how we didn’t leave a tip not one penny was her exact words and that we should leave HER A TIP BECAUSE THATS WHAT PEOPLES DO AND WE SHOULD NOT COME UNLESS WE CAN LEAVE A TIP I REPLIED EXCUSE ME MAM BUT I WAS ON MY WAY TO TIP HIM IN THE CORNER ,BEFORE U RUDELY APPROACHED ME AND THE HER U ARE REFERRING TO ABANDONING HER TABLE REMEMBER I TO FIND U TO FIX MY ORDER BECAUSE SHE NEVER RETURNED TO THE TABLE. SO,NO MAM I DONT THINK SHE DESERVES A TIP THE GUY IS THE ONE WHO GAVE US CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THE WAITRESS LAURA WANNA COME OUT THE BACK SAYING YES I’M SORRY I DID LEAVE THEM AND FORGOT TO RETURN WITH THE ITEMS AND I POLITELY GAVE THE GUY THE $20 and left I believe if we were white the manager would have given us better service the waitress also… so beware of this racist restaurant to black peoples with the assumptions that we don’t tip and we don’t deserve proper customer service and yes, we had a black waitress but the caucasian female Manager behavior towards us was definitely racist… I’m gonna stick to...

3.21.22/long overdue review: We headed to Yollah's to celebrate my friend's crazy good career coup. Neither of us had been there - I was visiting & she lives in Macon - even though it's been open since March 2021. Reservations are only taken for parties of 7 or more. On a Friday at 7:30 pm, the wait was 30 minutes for two people, so we chose to eat at the bar & so glad we did! B/c of course we got to chat it up w/ folks on either side of us. We exchanged fun banter w/ the woman serving our wine, who I can only guess was the owner. The guac was fresh, served w/ a huge bowl of chips. Friend scarfed down her fish taco & I enjoyed steak skewers, marinated in chimichurri sauce (which I learned is parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, vinegar & red peppe flakes), on a bed of rice w/ fried plantains. I loved that even though the restaurant officially closes at 8:30 pm, no one was hurrying us out or giving the side eye to leave. It was 9:30 by the time we finished & we even got our parting shots with the signage of course! Yay Yollah!

When you find an eatery that has fantastic food, great service and the most wonderful people to spend your time and money with, it is simple you enjoy all it has to offer. The food selection is unlike many restaurants, the fusion of flavors and ingredients makes you want to try everything! However take your time and go as often as possible to get every dish ordered and tried. This is a must try restaurant, lunchtime is quick and offers an array of small dishes as well as table sized portions for all to enjoy. Dinner is a treat for date night and meeting some great people for fun, laughter, food and drinks. It always starts at the top, Great places are made by great people. Dawn is such a pleasure to see and talk with, Stephanie, Layla and Tracy carry on the great service and smiles that keep you coming back. The entire kitchen staff work their tails off to keep the quality of food as great as the service. Just take one trip and see why this place is one of the best places to visit.

Yollah's is what I define as an upscale casual dining eatery. If there is a waiting line to enter, there is a guest seating area out front. From time of arrival through the entree experience, you feel cared for. Ambience is light and cheerful. The kitchen is directly opposite the bar, which provides a clear view of organization, cleanliness and teamwork. I ordered White Grouper served over a bed of yellow rice and garnished with Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo and pickled red onions. The dish was excellent...fish moist and the Pico added that pop of freshness. I topped it all off with an Empanada stuffed with hot cream cheese, sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon and Carmel sauce topped with strawberries. The meal was excellent. Other worthy metionables, ample size bar to eat and drink. Veggie options from taco's to entree'. I love the Sharables option you can order for the table. The restaurant has a comfortable outdoor dining area. I highly recommend for Latin American Cuisine.
