Today is 12/6/24 I will not be coming here anymore , They are too expensive and take too long and get orders messed up , theirs only one person at the register . FOR EXAMPLE TODAY : I took a break from this place cause I used to love it but that’s gone . When I got there and tried to pay for my food the Asian old guy claimed the card machine was slow with my card. so he kept inserting my card and then his own that looked similar to my card , which was suspicious . I had a whole line of people behind me , So I payed with cash eventually. He also almost forgot to give me my card back . then when I got my food it was not my order . So I had to go back in there to get my food . The two lady’s that work there always do my order right but the two Asian men never do my order right or act like they don’t want to take it. Something in my mind told me to not come order there . This is my second poor review about this place . I’m done !! Also idk if he was saying the n word or saying a word in Japanese or Korean that sounds similar . I’ve spent way too much money here to be mistreated by him , I hope the college next door does not give this place any more business. That black haired tall slender old Asian guy is rude , he mistreats the short lady and gets into fights with her at the register , he’s very rude to his customers . Read moreFirst time eating here was great. I didn't have any complaints up until today. I called to place an order, & the lady was rude. Strike one. . .anywho so I asked for three steak & shrimp plates. All while she's rushing to get me off the phone, she repeats the order without confirming that I asked for shrimp as well. So again, I repeat myself asking for steak AND SHRIMP!! Strike two. . .So I get there to pick the food up & I politely say hey, I called in an order of three Hibachi steak AND SHRIMP plates. Mind you she doesn't even speak, but had the audacity to look at the receipt confirming the order allowing me to believe the order was correct when she knew it wasn't!! (I didn't know until I got home I didn't have shrimp & hell I shouldn't have to check the plates when the order should have been correct to begin with!) So anywho, STRIKE MUHFRIGGIN THREE! ! If her attitude wasn't so STANK, she probably would've gotten the order right. Lucky I wasn't charged for it because someone would have to run me my fade!!! Now I gotta give my coins to someone else. Read moreIdk who was the "sushi chef" on the evening of 1/13/21 @ approx 6:55 pm but my order was not satisfactory AT ALL. The placement and presentation of ingredients is key in sushi making. This is important because if the components are mixed or placed sloppily, then it gives a different flavor than intended. It'll still be 'ok', but only a bland version of what it's actually intended to taste like. The ingredients on the Pink Star roll i ordered were slopped on very carelessly, like a deviled egg. As if the preparer put the ingredients in a bowl mixed them, put them on sushi, squirted the sauces on and said 'here ya go', NOT TO MENTION THE FORGOTTEN SEAWEED SALAD. Thats one of the main ingredients that makes it unique and delicious when prepared correctly. I was beyond disappointed.
