Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Macon

I was so disappointed in this place. I had a major craving for a good chocolate chip cookie and got a cookie barely any chocolate chip. My family and I order a super 6 pack which includes 5 classic cookie and one deluxe cookie/brownie. We got 3 chocolate chip, 1 oatmeal, 1 white macadamia, and 1 brownie. Let's start off with the brownie.. I have never in my life had a CHOCOLATE brownie that didn't even taste like chocolate. Honestly it didn't taste like anything at all even with chocolate chips on top. Next we will get into the chocolate chip cookies which barley had any chocolate chips which was confusing because it was suppose to be a chocolate chunk cookie. Well we received cookie with 3 chips. The white Macadamia cookie was not bad but needed some thing sugar salt something. Last was the oatmeal raisen which actually tasted good but I find that to be so crazy that a bottom tier cookie tasted better then the top tier chocolate chip. Overall $17 down the drain, a taste bud disappointment, one and done! Now if you like mediocre cookies please go and try other than that buyers beware McDonald's has better cookies...

I called because I ordered 12 minis online through their website and the delivery driver had picked them up and went around the corner and didn't move at all afterwards. I called the store and a young girl answered the phone very rudely and lied and said to the guy that was there I wanted a full refund and the cookies. I clearly stated I will come get the cookies and get a refund for the delivery fee and tip back. I was told 3 weeks ago I will be receiving a refund for My full order and yet still no refund. After being CURSED out by the employee a guy finally got on the phone and supposedly submitted me a refund that i have yet to receive. I have called the store and all . I left my name and information and yet still no one has contacted me back. HORRIBLE AND GHETTO EXPERIENCE. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSONMIA COOKIES ON MERCER UNIVERSITY DRIVE...

First time trying Insomnia cookies. The cookies were tasty, greasy, and very overpriced. If you have a lot of extra money to splurge, then this place would be nice. I have a bigger family so buying cookies and ice cream at this price is not worth it. We spent about $30.00 for two cookies and ice cream. The employee was working hard for being the only one there. A lady employee walked in from outside to help. She walked inside from vaping and went straight to handling the expensive cookies in the back without washing her hands. Overall, probably wouldn't come back. Improvements for this place would be employees who like their job and have better customer service, better deals on cookies, and some nice music in the background. Also, maybe some nice things set up for kids to look at or sit comfortably while...
