Worst Papa John's Experience Ever – Unacceptable Customer Service (10/1/2025)**

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this Papa John's location on 10/1/2025 was by far the worst I've ever had with any food establishment. I called to address an issue with my order, and the manager who answered (a woman working that evening) was incredibly unprofessional. Everyone can have a bad day, but when you're in a management position, there's a basic level of professionalism that is expected. Instead of apologizing or helping resolve the issue calmly, she simply said, "I'll send it back out," and then abruptly hung up on me. No confirmation, no follow-up, no explanation—just hung up. I called back hoping to speak with someone else, and a male employee answered. When I asked for the general manager's contact info or a corporate number, he told me "We can't give that out" and said I could "come in during the morning." Completely unhelpful and dismissive. At this point, I wasn’t even comfortable eating the replacement pizza. Who wants to eat something that came from a place where the staff sounds mad and is hanging up on customers? That’s not how you handle food service—or any kind of service. The manager on duty that night clearly needs retraining at the very least, if not to be removed entirely. If Papa John’s cares at all about its brand or customer loyalty, they should take this seriously. Look at the comparison of the pizza? Size...

I placed a order, it got here in a timey manner the food was hot and fresh. I ordered a 2 liter orange crush (in which i loveeeeee). So i was excited to grab dinner and a good cold soda. So the food gets here and I asked the Door Dash driver where was my drink, he said they didn't give him one. Hmmm, okay not mad it happens. No problem so I called the store, and spoke with team member, and explained what happened. They verified information and said someone would be out to deliver my drink, okay cool.... The store closes in 30 minutes and I gave not received my drink still. It may not seem like a big deal, but i placed a 60 order. So yeah i want my drink lol.

UPDATE Store closed no drink no follow up UPDATE UPDATE 3 days later still no drink, no call, no refund smh!! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE it's been a week. No drink no call no refund. I'm just gonna chalk this up as a lost. Probably...

Worst EVER!!!! We ordered delivery, when I called they asked for instructions. I told them to please have them call when they get outside. Well we waited and waited and waited, while I read over the horrible reviews from this location. As I'm reading the reviews that they have left people's pizza on their door step, I'm thinking, surely they've resolved this problem. Well, my husband decided to look outside to see if they pull up, and there those pizzas sat on the nasty ground where all the nasty bugs are crawling on and swarming around it.
