Went there for lunch. I ordered the Fresh Salmon Bowl because the one he was making when I arrived, looked so good, topped with fresh Salmon. So, I ordered the same as a take-out. When I got back to my office and open the bowl, there was NO SALMON!!! I returned to the restaurant, told him that my order was missing the salmon. And to my suprise and total disbelief, instead of him apologizing and offering to make me a fresh, Fresh Salmon Bowl, he made excuses - saying "you didn't say cooked or raw salmon". He proceeds by throwing a scope of raw salmon on top of the already soggy lettuce and hands it back to me....without an, "I am sorry or I agologize for the mistake".

Additionally, after he had poked around in the bowl with a fork which he simply picked up from the counter, looking for salmon, he drowned it in more sauce. At this point, I was upset and requested a refund instead, which he refused. Needless to say, I had to throw the bowl away, because by than, it was just too soggy to eat; wasted $14.00. Horrible experience. I will never go...

First, let's talk about the egg drop soup. The egg drop soup had zero flavor. I had to add salt and pepper to it to get anything out of it. It's really hard to mess up something as simple as egg drop soup. So the steak and shrimp teriyaki were $16. The steak was a cheap cut. I got it medium rare, and I was chewing on every bite of cheap roast that wasn't seasoned...not even thrown in a sauce...just cooked meat. The shrimp was rubber, which means it was frozen at some point "and" over cooked. Shrimp is the last thing you cook if it's in a meal. Teriyaki dish with zero teriyaki sauce in the Togo tray. I did get a "cup" of yumyum sauce. (what in the world is that? Mayonnaise based ginger?) And I got fried rice...zero egg in the fried rice...zero vegetables in the fried rice...it's just rice drowned in soy sauce. That's "not" fried rice. Other than that the meal was amazing. 👍 I'm glad we had seasonings and sauces when we got back...

I placed an order online at 6:46p. The given wait time was 10-15 min….When I arrived to the restaurant at 7p it was packed with guests just waiting. I made my way to the cash register, paid, then was given a ticket and told to wait until my # was called. No #s were called for about 15 minutes, and then #’s started to be called out of order... In speaking to other guests I was told wait the wait time was long and the call numbers out of order. Cool, so I continued to wait….fastforward to 7:47, after a friend who also ordered online (30 min after me)came in and got her order first, I go to the register to check on my order and they cannot even find my ticket 🙄 No apology. No acknowledgement for their screw up nor any offer to make it right smh ….. I got a refund (had to ask for it) and left. Management, owners or whomever needs to get it together. Horrible processes/efficiency, no organization and...

Macon, GA. Its nice to see the community support for this place! Good friendly greeting, prompt service, great prices, good ingredients, but the flavor isn’t the best I’ve had. It’s mainly a to-go spot with about 5 tables. We dined in but the bell on the door chimed constantly with patrons coming and going with to-go containers. In fact, even though we ordered to dine in the food came in to-go containers. Good chicken breast on the teriyaki bowl but no flavor. My husband didn’t like it. Really fresh shrimp in the tempura. Fresh veggies in the stir fry and tempura. I wish the owners luck!

I’ve ate here several times. The staff is very friendly. The portions are usually a good size and the taste is usually pretty good - not amazing, but on par for this type of establishment. They recently added sushi to the menu. I was hopeful to have some good sushi on this side of town. The specialty rolls I ordered were quite bland, Yum Yum roll and Double Shrimp roll. The tuna nigiri was fine. The portions were very small. I spent $38 for two rolls, one order of nigiri and 2 drinks. The price would have been ok, but we left hungry and disappointed. 🫤
