Taco Bell — Restaurant in Macon

Ordered on the app, had prompt time to get the order ready for me to pick it up. Once I arrived to get my order they had asked me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window the ladies attending it were short with me and were distracted with themselves, they handed a bag off to me even though I ordered two boxes making it very confusing considering the boxes were very similar, once more I had to wait at the window for about 20 seconds before they realized I was still waiting for my drinks, still talking amongst themselves it took them longer then it should have for two drinks considering no prep is necessary nor were they taking an order (being right there in the window I can clearly see the terminal to take orders). After receiving my drinks I didn’t check the bag assuming by how packed it was everything was present (I didn’t want to make their lives more stressed then necessary I told myself) unfortunately they had left out the Cinnabon delights, this was very disappointing considering it’s an easy item to prep only needing to be fried and boxed/bagged. I personally worked as a closer at a cookout and have constantly and consistently worked nights that will not give you respite until close (3-4 in the morning) it was not that busy, I personally feel there was no reason to have forgotten such a simple menu, nor to scowl at me when I obviously get drinks with the...

I was the only person in line at the drive thru, ordered just 4 breakfast burritos total for me and my coworkers at 7:30am. After waiting at the window for 6 minutes the employee comes over and asks me to pull around to the double doors and wait and they will bring it out to me. At 7:46 I tried to go inside to see if my order was ready because I didn't want to be late for work but the doors were locked. I went back to my car. At 7:57 he brought my good out. 27 minutes is a bit ridiculous for fast food, especially when I was the only person there at first. During my waiting time 3 more cars came to the drive thru and was asked to pull around to the double doors as well. This not only is a nuisance being that they weren't even busy initially, but it was taking up parking spots for customer that may want to eat inside whenever they decide to let people in, and it also can cause traffic jams. This is the second time I have tried to come eat at this Taco Bell and either been told “you can only order 1 menu item per customer” or today at 9am it was “we don’t sale breakfast”. I’ve gotten breakfast from this exact location several times! When I said “wait, I’ve gotten breakfast from here before” the response was “we don’t sale breakfast”. The employees are rude, careless, and unprofessional. I’ll just drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the Taco Bell on Zebulon rd! Do better!!

UPDATE: so I went to the Zebulon rd. Location and they have indeed stopped serving breakfast. HOWEVER, the response was MUCH different. When asked if they served breakfast, The male employee on drive through responded with “I’m so sorry! We stopped Serving breakfast a couple of months ago. Would you like to order lunch today? When I said “no thank you” he said “ok, have a blessed day”. Much more pleasant, and I will continue to drive the extra distance for quality...
