Subway — Restaurant in Macon

I have been coming here decades . I'm not one to complain. I drive across town to access coupons as money tight and other Subways closer to me do not honor coupons . Today I wait 10 minutes just to pick up my supposed EXPRESS ORDER. Already made, already paid for , already TIPPED !! , and there's just one guy in front of course making sandwiches . What got me today there was obviously more than two more employees just giggling and "who ha"- ing in back. They could of handed me my order . Instead one poor employee expected to do it all. I want my TIP back as poor non express service - unless it goes only to the one guy trying to run the store obviously solo. Not fair to him at all. I even tried to call and no one answers the phone -other employees just keep giggling loudly and having a party in the back where u can't see them . I may not tip in...

I will never ever return there. That philly sandwich the lady prepared was the worst Philly I have ever eaten! What a waste of $30+.

Eventho I read great reviews about Subways Philly, I was still reluctant about trying it and for good reason.

The lady who prepared it was very dry and impatient almost as if she didn't want to customize anything.

I almost saw no bell peppers or onions. I guess she was saving it for a rainy day. Worst philly steak sandwich ever! Dry and tasteless...

The staff is nice but so very slow. They have alot of turn over here. The young ppl just starting out on jobs is new but they act like they don't want to be there bc they have 1 speed and it's slow no matter how long the line. Last couple times i have been I see who is working and had to go bc of the line and seeing who is behind counter. But in all they are a nice staff just wish they would move...
