My experience at this location has always been pleasant. In life - everyday counts, so I feel compelled to share today's experience. I pulled up to the drive-through window to place my order. I asked for the lunch menu and received it. My daughter-in-law ordered 1pc fish and asked to add a pc of fish. As though we had asked to be given the business itself - the cashier snapped in a very unpleasant tone and frowning face said "UN-UH, YOU CAN'T DO THAT! Putting forth great effort to maintain our cool, our next question - can we substitute fries for a salad? "UN-UH, YOU HAVE TO GET A TWO PC FISH FOR THAT AND IT'S $8.58. Things became worse from here. I don't want to type it all in, but, we ended up with $18 worth of food that should have cost $13. She said we ordered double fries - we didn't even want fries that plate at all - we wanted a side salad. When asked if we could get 1grilled & 1 fried on the 2pc, the answer was yes, BUT, she never informed us of an additional $1 charge. When inquiring why the final cost was so much, she started talking out of the side of her nose with nonsense gibberish (you asked for double fries...etc.) Know matter how I say it, SIDE SALAD with ranch dressing sounds nothing similar to double fries. I'll stop right here - I feel my head heating up again. If you don't want to be at wotk, then DON'T COME TO WORK AND BRING YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEMS WITH YOU. If you don't have the qualities of courtesy, patience and appreciation, then STOP OCCUPYING CUSTOMER...
Read moreI placed an order online 5days before event in Macon, when I picked up food which all bags were tied very tight until I couldn't open until I arrived at venue for the event. When I opened bags the fish was old and looked like it had been cooked that morning, the wings were stale also the fries were disgusting you could tell that the grease had not been changed in probably a week or more. The attendees at the affair were very disapointed in the food we couldn't give it away. I called the establishment back that evening and was told to bring the food back. I explained it was no way I could bring it back people had picked over it and time wise I was only in town for that event, I left the next morning. I asked when would owner/manager be in she stated call back on Saturday morning @10. When I called an spoke to Abraham he was as rude and ignorant as the lady I spoke to previous. He stated that they only serve fresh food and I should bring food back. Please stay away from that location unless you like old,...
Read moreNot ADA compliant. They are putting 20 piece chicken orders in large aluminum foil containers without any plastic bags to fit over them and I am disabled and I can't handle it. When I told the woman that I was disabled, she refused to abide by the ADA laws and put the chicken in smaller foam containers that will fit into a plastic bag. She said she would put them into foam containers but I would have to pay the $10.49 meal price just for the chicken and they weren't going to include the sides that normally comes with the meal. I am filing a Justice Dept ADA complaint since they will sue a business if it's a national problem and isn't just a one person problem. They are also impossible to get into if you are disabled and don't have any help to wheel into the restaurant. Their 1 handicapped parking spot isn't 27 FEET wide. It's not legally marked with no signage. By ADA laws they are supposed to provide accommodation WITHOUT surcharging the disabled people who needs a smaller container that they can handle. That's...
