Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Macon

Went there today with my co-worker, no one greeted us, there was an employee behind the register,eating, but wasn't trying to help us. So another girl walks up and stretches her eyes but says nothing. She never asked us could we be helped or has anyone helped us she just stood there. So I didn't get anything, and my co-worker ordered, the girl throws the receipt. After that we asked for the manager. He just stood there, didn't apologize, didn't try to appease us at all, he honestly stood there like he was not interested in what we were saying at all. He seemed afraid of his employees but you could tell that they treat ppl this way on a regular. I'll never spend my money somewhere wherein the customer service is like this! They were rude and very unprofessional. My co-worker asked for a refund, he then tried to tell us they have no corporate contact so basically we'd be wasting our time trying to complain. I work in customer service and I know that you should never treat people that way. I honestly hope that place gets shut down, or fire the whole staff and hire new people with chick Fila...

Too Much Talk, Not Enough Work and "Miss Jessie" I came back to get an order remade from earlier in the week. I'd specifically asked for my order to be freshly cooked .Well, my food was anything but that . I called back and the manager ,Gavin ,remembered me. He apologized and put my name in the book .I am here now and the lobby is filthy .There's ketchup sitting in a cup lid ,trash everywhere, and the girls are having a good conversation .They should be more focused on cleaning the lobby than relaxing .I expect way more than to see "hanging outout". I just hope my food is prepared correctly this time .It is 7:17 on Friday evening . I'm removing another star ,because my food was luke warm .Miss "Jessie" made sure to tell me that Gavin is just an assistant manager, when I asked when he'd be back .They must've cooked my fries in warm grease ,because they weren't hot. Let's not forget that "Miss Jessie" is the manager, not assistant. The wings did feel hot .I got my money back and let them keep their food and drink. Don't waste your time coming here .I took photos but I don't know how to...

I came through the drive-thru to place an order, the person taking the order was nice. We ordered a Mr. beast box, a salad and I ordered the Southern Shrimp combo, no zaxtail sauce but tongue torch instead. I know I said it exactly bc my Aunt said she should've gotten the same thing. We proceeded to park and eat and I received a chicken sandwich with tongue torch sauce on it. So I took it back in. I realized once I got in to show the receipt to the guy behind the counter that it was rung up wrong so he stated you would be saving with the sandwich (in my head I thought that was not what I ordered I don't care about saving I can pay the extra) but I won't ring it up I'll have your order out shortly. So I waited approximately 2-3 minutes and my food was ready. I thought, this is not fresh. I go to the car and open my box, the shrimp are burnt and greasy and the toast was burnt as well. They looked like they were sitting and they dropped them in the grease just to get back hot....
