Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Madera

To start off i hardly ever eat fast food today i was on my lunch i decided why not just get a quick bite so i go to order from here im always nice to the people who work there because i been in the shoes before i know what its like to deal with rude costumers so I just bought a medium meal whick came out to 10 Something which to me is super expesive i grabbed my bad and i went home since i only had so much time for my lunch break. My first and worst experience! Food was cold, the restrooms were very dirty. I ordered a 5 piece tender and asked for an extra sauce, what looked to be the general mgr, which was not even wearing a name tag was very rude and was trying to charge me for an extra sauce, never have gone to a carls and not been able to get 3 sauces for a 5 piece tenders. This restaurant was selling world finest chocolate bars which were in the dessert display , since when does carls do this I have stopped at many carls and never have I seen this . Never before have I been so dissapointed by going to a Carl's Jr... for years I have enjoyed their burgers, their chicken and even the green burrito on occasion. So you can imagine the hurt I felt when I ordered the Double Jalapeno Burger and what do I get? Two patties the size of a McDouble... between basic buns, not natural wheat or even sesame... 4 jalapenos, YES 4 (I counted)... and the veggies plus cheese were thrashed everywhere.
