Please check on the PM staff. I sent my husband for a coffee yesterday morning 2/9/25 and my drink didnāt have whip cream when it got to me. Which was really no big deal since we had plans to go out in the PM anyways, I thought, I will just swing by and get a cup on the way back home and throw the coffee in the fridge. Well, on the way home, it was maybe 4pm-5pm and I stopped by the store to get whip cream and the store was closed so we ended going through the drive through. I asked the lady how much would it be to get a tall cup of whip cream. She said she couldnāt give me one unless I bought a drink. I let her know, I was asking how much they would charge me and that I would pay for it. She didnāt want to. I let her know I bought a drink in the morning and that I had receipt to show it on the app and she made like a āahh deep breathā sound. I asked, well can you sell me a side of sweet cream cold foam? She didnāt know how to respond and was rude all about it. She asked āwhat do you want? To make your drink creamer? I can do a side of heavy cream and charge it as milk?ā I really thought, I am not asking for a lot. I am willing to pay. I got a drink that didnāt have the whipped cream THIS morning. I have been a paying customer. She was new to me, I havenāt seen her. Anyways, she told me through the speaker that she was going to do heavy cream for me. I asked her āhow much will it be?ā Just to have my payment ready for when I got to the window. She told me ājust pull up to the window!ā LOL OKAY chill. Anyways, AM staff never has attitude like this and always greets with a smile and āGOOD MORNINGā when I pick up my drinks.
Check on Ms. PM Grumpy, AM group. For no one to have stepped in, in what seems minutes at the speaker, is pretty concerning for this starbucks location and like a ānormalā to treat people the way she did. First if you go here expect to wait more than 15 minutes for sure. Your drink will be just a little lower than any other Starbucks in town, hardly ever made right. There is this tall guys thatās usually in the window with long hair, donāt expect good service from him. The one things I totally recommend you do is make sure your hot drinks are properly closed before they hand it to you. I received a hot beverage that was not closed, it open up when the girl was handing it to me and burned both my hands. I am sharing this experience not because I was anything from this multi million dollar company, other than to make sure their employees are properly trained. Got to Modesto stopped to get dinner & well no atm card to pay.....why??? The girl at the drive through at Starbucks DID NOT RETURN MY ATM CARD!!!!! I am so mad, called Starbucks & YUP my atm card is sitting in there store. Yes it's my fault too however it's her job to give it back!!!!!
