Update: Reached out to customer service and they took care of us for a second order. Got a square and a bread sampler. This time we did get our sauce and glaze. Still wasn't cooked well done per se and felt that there wasn't enough sauce on the pizza but overall, a better experience than before. We did a get Jets pizza as well to compare and was no contest. Sorry Torminas, we tried twice and just wasn't blown away enough to warrant a switch up from our main places. Maybe in a year or two once the dust settles will try it again. Appreciate the efforts to make it right though 💯! Customer service is top notch. Employees were very friendly and cheerful when picking up.

Original: Was excited due to all the reviews but you can't be perfect every time. Pizza tasted good, just not much sauce on our pizzas that we got. We didn't receive an extra side of pizza sauce that we paid extra for. No glaze for our cinnamon bread (the best part!) was given or applied. No crust toppers were added that we asked for. Also asked for a well done cook on the pizzas but that didn't happen either, they actually seemed under cooked tbh. They are new and getting the kinks worked out I understand but at least give what we pay for and what you show on picture (glaze). Square round if you are trying to decide which to get...

With all of the other pizza spots available in Madison Heights, I’d skip this one. We got an offer in the mail for a free trio of breads with the purchase of a pizza. Cool! Dinner was decided that night. We got a Hawaiian and their limited time pizza - “GREEN CHILI JAM TACO PIZZA”. We got it delivered for a total of about $50 including tip. Look at the pictures. One is of the limited time pizza we ordered according to their website. The other is a picture of the pizza we actually received. It was missing multiple ingredients and honestly… was pretty gross. Where was the lettuce, tomato, onion, and Fritos? It was just cheese, unseasoned beef, and olives. I can’t remember the last time I felt duped by a restaurant and 99% of the time would just eat the food I was served, pay, and choose not to return again. This time I actually took the pizza back to the store. The staff was very kind and understanding and gave me a refund on the taco pizza. The store was immaculately clean. The Hawaiian pizza was just ok. The breads were flavorless. With Jet’s, Zino’s, Cottage Inn, and Green Lantern all just a few minutes away, I’d head to either one of those instead. Tried this place out after wanting to try a new pizza place and was not disappointed. Got the 16in pizza and was able to do half and half toppings on it between me and my husband.

The pizza was AMAZING it actually tasted like I was eating something homemade. The butter parm crust, tasty, the sauce, well seasoned, the pepperoni ham and pineapple together with the rest was really good.

The guy making it even made sure it was fully cooked and let us know when we had to wait a little extra time cause he wanted to make sure it was perfect. Wonderful attention to what they are giving you.

The inside looks like a pizza joint. Clean and well taken care of. Not really a sit in place as there is only one table with two chairs but thats perfect for just waiting to pick up the delicious food. They even display the sizes of the boxes for the pizzas right in front to give you an idea of what you are going to order.

Definitely a do again and I hooe they keep...
